This supplement comes in a glass container. You get 60 capsules. Directions say to take 2 to 4 capsules daily with warm water - so depending on how many you take - you either have a 15 day supply or 30 day supply. This product is manufactured in the UK. This is vegan friendly. No where on this listing does it say what the benefits of taking this product are....so I googled it and it says : Lodhra capsules are taken for their potent therapeutic properties, which include regulating menstrual cycles, combating infections, reducing inflammation, and offering benefits for digestive, skin, and immune health. I would think that a supplement would list what the benefits are on the listing and for that reason I deducted a star.
