bought this a few times now,works good and dissolves really well,price is maybe slightly more than generic stuff but worth it because it's not as chalky...i also noticed it dissolves better in warm to hot water,i put it in my hot chocolate drink and barely notice it's in there...would recommend.

In my case, I think it caused anxiety. Hard to say for sure as I am prone to that anyway. However, I did notice a difference in how I felt which indicates that it is doing something. It mixed easily in water and had no taste that I could detect. Everyone is different so I wouldn't hesitate to tell folks to give this a try - current price is $26.99 for 60 servings so you're not out a lot if it you don't get the expected results. I'm going to try a much lower serving and see if I can see the benefits without the anxiety.

UPDATED 6/12/24: This is still a reputable company and that's great, but after about a months worth of use I'm realizing that this is just not packing the same punch as the creatine gummies have. Whether it's the fact that there's no sugar to give it an extra kick or that it's a little weaker I don't know, but I think I'm going to have to go back to the gummies. This still works! I just want something a bit stronger. To reiterate from my original review: this a fine, white powder with no smell that I could notice and a surprisingly almost sweet flavor that becomes the faintest of bitter aftertastes. There's a scoop buried in the powder. It mixes and dissolves mostly well enough, although there can be a little grittiness left over if the water is cold. It's easy to fine tune the dose and I suppose I could just take more. Taking some of this with a gummy is my best choice, I have found.
