This steamer is an easy to assemble product that does a fantastic job of removing tough wrinkles from a variety of materials. I really like the various levels of steam that is produced by simply turning the knob. The hose is well constructed and just the right length. While you can you tap water, I have found distilled water to be far more effective in any type of device that requires water such as iron's, etc. The distilled water will prevent buildup and save you from having to descale. I would recommend this product to anyone who is in the market for a steamer that is highly effective and easy to store.

Mine works great! However, the pant clip did not come with it and the hanger is too small for pants. So then I emailed PurSteam and informed them that I was missing the pant creasing accessory and they were on it. I was immediately contacted the next day by Natasha in Customer Support. Not only did she provide me with valuable tips on how to use my steamer which addressed the hanger being too small comment that I made, she also mailed to me the accessory that I needed and I received it the very next day! Natasha rocks! PurSteam is serious about providing great customer service!

My boyfriend works in luxury retail and we got it for his work clothes. He loves that it heats up so quickly and said the quality was right up there with the ones that they use at stores (I had no idea that Fendi/Prada/etc. steam every article of clothing before it hits the racks). The only downside​ is that the hose is shorter than he's used to (he's 6'2"), but he says it doesn't affect the quality at all and uses it daily.

I love having this steamer. I've always hated ironing, so I'd end up with a few wrinkles in most of my clothes when I wore them. Now, with this thing everything is wrinkle free. I've gotten a lot of compliments, too. I get through my laundry really fast, the hanger makes steaming a breeze. And I even get a nice creasevening in my khakis. Couldn't be happier with this item!

Was not sure if we should get a steamer. Glad we got this one! It will not replace your iron, but it will make you use the iron. Ugh less. It is a nice and easy setup. Fill with water and get to work. Do not go over the garments fast, but slow and deliberate and you will see the wrinkles literally disappear before your eyes. Do not sit on the fence, get this steamer.

I don't know why I waited so long to buy this! I have a lot of dresses that require I hang them to dry, but that leaves them with all those tiny wrinkles. And gathered necklines/waists are a huge pain with an iron. This steamer heats up quickly and works incredibly well! One caveat: if it doesn't seem to be steaming, make sure the water reservoir is seated properly.

I am very sorry to have found that although this item produces plenty of steam you do not have the ability to control it when folding an item. Unless you switch it off. It set my fire alarm off. The bar with clips does not hold a quilt cover up to enable steaming without the bar sliding down the pole. Very disappointed with this item.

My friend has a garment steamer that she uses extensively and I and wanted to get one for my husband's business shirts. It works really well and surprisingly fast. he steamer will sometimes sputter water out when steaming, but that is normal and it dries quickly. Overall, really like this product.
