I have pain in my shoulder and my mother said I should buy this item which comes from Poland and it really works for her pain. I was a bit weary of trying unheard-of products produced in another country. But she said it works so I tried. Works well on some pain areas ( in my shoulder ) but not on my knee. Overall, it works ok. I don't know what the ingredients are, but I posted pictures of it in my review.Hope this info helps.

I originally got this as a humidifier aromatherapy oil but quickly learned it actually has a TON of uses topically and internally.Most recently I dabbed some on my temples and back of neck to get rid of a headache and it actually worked twice!I leaned to can ad a tiny ammount to your herbal tea for an extra kick, enjoy some with your favorite clear alcohol for that extra excruciating shot and even dribble some on clothes when storing them to ward away insects.The uses are endless but I suggest looking it up to get a more full/better idea of it's uses.

I used this for headache at work from coworker whose step mother recommended. Within 20 minutes, my splitting headache was gone. My wife and sons suffer with migraines so I bought it help them!

Love this product and have been using for years. It's used for aches and pains and works pretty much on contact. The smell is a bit powerful at first but it soaks in and the smell is gone in minutes. The product works well on sore muscles and especially on backs and necks that are tired or overworked. I use with a cotton ball to apply.

This is the best astringent. I use it topically after a workout and on a compress when I have a headache or just to relax. It works well on mosquito bites too. The scent is just how I remember it: clove and citrus. It has a gentle cooling affect. Shipping and the vendor were prompt considering it came all the way from Poland. I will buy this again.
