Some nice and easy to follow recipes!
A lot of people adopt Paleo diet in order to lose weight but not many people know that you can also bulk up and gain mass with paleo diet as long as you are having the right ingredients. If you are not focusing on nutrition but busting weights in the gym, you are wasting your time. Every serious athlete knows that nutrition is the most important part of athleticism. And since it is not easy to stay on Paleo diet while training since a lot of stuff is off limits, the author has included about 55 paleo recipes that give you the right nutrition to gain mass and increase muscle while staying on Paleo diet. The recipes are divided into different categories consisting of breakfast, chicken and poultry, red meat and pork, gourmet fish, salads and protein shakes. For someone who wants to follow a bulking diet, this book can be useful.

I love cookbooks and inspiration and also good guides when it bones to meal planning. I'm not strictly paleo which is a good job since this book seems to slip into none paleo ingredients like whey protein. The meals suggested are pretty basic so if you want to make some easy meals then you will find this book a handy guide. I have given a lower score as the free meal plan link at the back of the book no longer works either, nor does the contact email.

Really good intro to paleo diets. Dieting is always equated with hard work, but this one makes it easier and tasty too. Thanks!

This is a great cookbook, easy to follow with some really good recipes, really enjoyed the "Anabolic Jerk Chicken" and "Muscle mint lamb steaks" perfect for keeping your diet clean and healthy.

Recipes sound good but the book is dull and confusing
The book( in its current state) does not contain photographs or images of dishes you create. It says that dairy is not allowed yet has an abundance of egg recipes and also includes oats and milk are included very unclear what is regarded as Paleo and what is not. I was disappointed when I received this.
