I've had a wonky neck for a few years so I have tried a lot of cervical pillows. Some have come very close to working for me. This Anvo pillow is so much nicer because it's softer! The others often feel good at the beginning of the night but I'm stiffer than I could be in the morning. But this one makes my head, neck, and shoulders feel cradled and supported and comfortable all night, and when I wake up I feel great.What's even better is that I recently started using a CPAP and the cutouts and shaping in this pillow work for that, too. I don't need a special CPAP pillow that wouldn't be as comfortable on my neck. (I think this would be true whether it was the soft or firm style because it's a result of the shape.) So this works for two completely different issues really well. I'm a side-sleeper, BTW.This is a fantastic improvement in my sleep and comfort. I also love that it comes with a long guarantee and I've had excellent customer service from Anvo when I had a question about a different product.

I have replaced my memory foam pillow from 2 years ago with this pillow about 5 weeks ago. I have been sleeping with it nightly since.I am a side sleeper. About 2 months ago, I switched to sleeping on my back due to a medical condition. I had a lot of difficulty sleeping on my back with my old pillow(s), I never knew it was the pillow to blame. Most of the time I tried, I would wake up on my side through the night and change positions very often. With the cervical pillow (and following the user's guide) I had no difficulty sleeping on my back for a few weeks in a row until my conditions got better where sleeping on my side is no longer an issue.Last few weeks I have been sleeping on my side, and occasionally on my back using the same pillow. This works great and I haven't touched my old favorite pillow since. Highly recommended!

I received this pillow as a gift. I feel the pillow is high quality and it's great that it comes with a cover as well. I got the soft pillow and it was too high for my neck but, overall it's one of the best memory foam pillows I have used. The only reason for the 4 star vs 5 is it was jus a bit high for my preference.

This Anvo Neck Pillow is just what I needed for my neck issues. The soft version that I ordered is just the right firmness to give great support but still be very comfortable. I have another Anvo pillow that I have been using for over a couple of years now and it has served me very well. This new Anvo pillow looks to be of the same high quality memory foam as my other Anvo pillow. It's unique design and shape allows for a variety of body positions while still being supportive and comfortable. I look forward to continuing my good nights of sleeping on this new pillow. I'm so glad to have found these Anvo pillows and hope to be able to buy them for a long time to come!

I used to sleep on another pillow intended for neck pain, but mine was really old and starting to look sad. Then I switched to sleeping with a bunch of fluffy pillows, which were great for falling asleep, but did nothing for my neck. Then I found this thing. When I first got it, I wasn't sure I was going to like it. I got the soft version, and it still seemed a bit stiff to me. I sleep in every position - stomach, side, back, because I always have a hard time getting my whole body comfortable. I didn't know which way to position this pillow because of all the ways I slept on it. I now keep it with the thicker blue parts against my shoulders and the wing-looking parts in the back.I experimented with it, but all the while was keeping another flatter pillow underneath, because I've always been a 2-pillow person. My boyfriend pointed out that I was probably sleeping too upright for it to work, and he was right. I did something that was really hard for me - give up my 2nd pillow. I now sleep on this pillow alone, and it's been a month since I purchased it. Last night was the true test for me. I started to feel neck pain that went all the way to my shoulders and head - the kind that usually feels worse the next day and leads to a bad headache and stiff neck. I decided to go to bed early, and as I curled up on my pillow, I realized I was looking forward to sleeping on it. I woke up this morning and had initially forgotten about the pain from last night, because it was gone. Usually days like this would be ruined, because I'd be in pain, but not today. This morning I realized I'm in love with my new pillow :)

I was so excited to get this pillow for my neck pain. First night I slept on it I got up the next morning and my neck was worse. I gave it a few more nights but it was still making it hurt worse. Don't spend this much money on a pillow that doesn't work.

I already had the firm version of the Anvo pillow and it made my nights a lot better. Bought the soft version for my wife and she is loving it. The ergonomics of this pillow are perfect and the fact that there are 2 versions to choose from makes this product the perfect pillow for people with different needs.
