I love this cocoa. No other ingredients in it, just what you want. I mainly drink it by adding hot water to a heaping tablespoon of cocoa. No need to add anything unless you need a treat like cream and some honey, it's also delicious. I drink 3 to 5 cups a day of cocoa and buy the 5lb bag when I am about to run out. It's well packaged, stays fresh. I just fill a mason jar for convenience, keep the rest in the zip locked original bag. I have noticed that my memory is much better now than in my younger years, I praise this excellent cocoa for it. I have been drinking it for several years. A super food indeed.

My husband and I fell in love with this cocoa. We drink it daily instead of tea/ coffee. Very simple: 1 tsp of cocoa per a cup of hot-hot water, mix it and - voila! - you have your morning (or whatever) drink. Sometimes I add milk but without milk it's also good. With two people drinking cocoa every day 5 lb don't last too long. Let alone this cocoa is perfect for baking and homemade chocolate. I make my own chocolate with raw honey, coconut oil, seeds and raisins - it melts easily so I have to keep it refrigerated but it tastes great and it's soy and sugar free. Kids love it! Only problem is it's hard to stop eating it after you start. :) Even with shipping this cocoa is still cheaper than Navitas Naturals but tastes as good and is also organic. I really hope amazon will make it Prime product!

This is the first time I've ever bought this brand of Cacao powder and I have tried 4 or 5 other brands. All of them are pretty good but I found that only one other brand was as good a quality as this one but to buy 5lbs of that other brand would be a heckuva lot more expensive than this one is. To buy 4lbs of the other brand would've cost $60.00 and 5lbs of this is about $48.00. So you get a pound more for $12.00 less. This cacao powder blends very well and makes drinks very smooth and rich tasting, after adding a little honey. This product has the most bang for the buck so far that I've found anyway. Between quality and cost it knocks em all down on both fronts.
