Quality, flavor for clean eating
Eventhough it is pricey, the quality of this flour is perfect. Clean taste, great texture, we use it weekly for homemade pancakes and sourdough bread. I truly believe in clean eating and giving our bodies the best quality of food possible. We are subscribed to Polselli, the flavor and quality IS worthed the price.

Next level health achievement!
Trying to a oid US grains as much as possible! This flour is really the best. I made cookies and bread with it and they come out soft and so yummy! And guess what? No indigestion whatsoever!

The most amazing flour and company!
I have been unable to eat bread or ANYTHING with the slightest bit of wheat - including my dessicated thyroid meds - I have been gluten free for almost 15 years. I have bought three bags of this amazing flour and eat two loaves of bread a week. My daughter in law says it is the best bread she has ever eaten. I was raised on homemade German breads and can't express in words how amazing it is to eat bread again. I would give this flour one hundred stars if I could. The fact that I can eat bread again says it all. Well worth every penny.

Great and Healthy Italian Flour
Never baked bread before but the 3 loafs I've made so far with this Italian wheat has turned out perfect and so delicious.

Awesome baking flour!!
Absolutely fabulous flour. It does not bother my stomach like other flours made in the US. I used this in my sourdough starter and it created a very workable bubbly dough. I will buy this flour for all my baking, nice size bag too!!
