This book is really good, after looking at so many options on amazon for keto related books, I chose this one. The recipes are delicious. It is written well and very easy to flip through to what you are needing quickly. I think this book deserves to be the #1 bestseller. Sometimes people just jump on the bandwagon on "other" books. This books is worth every penny. Thanks Martina!

There is a lot of good information in the front of the book
There is a lot of good information in the front of the book. The pictures are very nice but to be honest I was expecting recipes that were more like everyday food. These are more gourmet quality.. which is fine if that's what you're looking for. I was just looking for simple recipes , but it's a nice book nevertheless.

A lot of work ahead
I LOVE how scrumptious they all look, but everything is a process, you have to make ingredients to make the dish. It was overwhelming for someone that doesn't have hours upon hours to dedicate. Next time, I will look deeper into the recipes to make sure its friendly for my schedule. The book is well produced, attractive, delicious (if someone made them FOR me) but unrealistic if you do not have a lot of time for preparing things. So for me, the books were a zero, because I made like 3 things out of 3 books and just felt overwhelmed. But for someone with time, these are 5 star. I think, I haven't tasted most. So I'm leaving a 4. ;)

Ok bood
So-so book. Some of the receipts are very good. I did find that I could convert almost all of my own recipes to Keto with a few minor changes. This book was a bit hard to follow. However, if you cook at home, you can adapt the recipes to suit yourself

Great Recipes and Information.
My copy is busted open with stains on so many pages, I use this book often. I find new recipes even though I have used it for over a year. I have gifted and recommended it to others as a great way to jump into Keto. Some recipes are not perfect for me but I know enough to make them so. And many recipes are liked by all.If you are starting off with Keto, this book is no b.s., easy to navigate and can become your go to for low-carb cooking.

Good Overall Cookbook
There was a lot of useful information about eating the keto lifestyle. Many of the recipes require a lot of ingredients and I love in the rural mountains where some things are hard to find. Lots of items I have to purchase online which makes creating a newly discovered recipe not something to make on the fly. Nonetheless, I'm happy to have it and am sure to use it as my pantry supplies grow.

Really great Beginner Keto Cookbook
Great beginner cookbook, with lots of great recipes. Lots of really good beginner info in it too, with tips. I bought several beginner cookbooks but this is by far the best.

Hard work.
Very, very disappointed in this purchase. I expressly searched for a UK book instead of an American recipe book. This came up, so I thought I was ok.Sadly, after just a quick scan, it's written with American ingredients, some of them I have no idea what the British equivalent is.Which leads me to another disappointment. The diversity of ingredients is challenging, plus I don't think there is a single dish with under 12 ingredients in it.While the preface says to keep things simple, this is far from that. I would be interested to know what an advanced keto diet cookbook was like.While I'm sure the recipes are delicious, it's not what I expected and every dish looks time consuming.

Brilliant starting point
This book has been really useful. I like "the science bit" at the beginning so I understand how it works and the recipes are mostly straightforward (a handful of ingredients that aren't easy to find - but many that really are). I've cooked from it for two weeks now and have used some of the side dishes with different main ingredients so it's very flexible. I've also picked it up and just read it again to keep my mind on track. I'm only two weeks in but i'm 7lbs lighter, and whilst the net carbs etc are useful to know I'm not counting them specifically. I feel far less bloated, i'm not snacking, I'm sleeping better and I have more energy. If you're thinking it might be for you, give it a go! I'd highly recommend it.

A great starter book for someone new to keto.
The things I liked most:- Lots of fairly straightforward recipes- Easy to follow summary of the keto diet- Lots of varietyThe things I liked less:- The bias towards American measurements and ingredients given the author is meant to be based in the UK

If you’re a fully blown meat eater purchase it otherwise dont
I don’t feel like it has a lot of normal options in it and hardly any vegetarian options too . So if you’re a meat eater get it but if you’re like me and only eat chicken then don’t buy it . There are ofcourse switching up the recipes for you’re own liking but I didn’t feel there was enough for people who live mostly day to day with out meat .

Okay, but just okay
I felt the recipes were good for beginners if a little complex. I’ve looked at similar recipes that call for less ingredients but have similar outcomes and are less hassle and money to make.The servings also confuse me. Many are 4 servings but state to prepare just two chicken breasts for example... so we get half a chicken breast each then? Or have to double up on the serving macros? I would also like to see more meals for one or two people rather than 4-6 servings, i don’t force my family to eat my keto meals all the time and many don’t keep well if I have to divide the portions.Overall a good start to understand some basic keto meals and some easy enough substitutes for family favourites but I was hoping for more and simpler recipes.
