This product is fantastic for a recovery workout tool. I've always has issues with my calves and could fix my issues with pain, until I started using this after every conditioning practice. This is a life changer for recovery, especially when you don't have the energy to roll out your legs every workout. This is for you. Don't spend an insane amount of money ($200+) on a average massage gun with warming features or other bull***t. Excellent: Power, Battery life, Portability, Durability, Comfortable hold. Only downsides: Its a little heavy, but not weight-like. A little bigger than preferred. Size as shown in photos.

This is the first percussion massage therapy product I've had and I am very satisfied with it so far. I am lucky that I don't have a need to use this on a frequent basis so I waited to review until I used it several times. I chose the Opove M3 because a couple of trusted independent product reviewers had it on their top picks list for this product category. Since I never used a product like this before I wanted a good quality-value tradeoff product. My overall experience is that the reviews were accurate and the massager is a good product at a good price point. I'm an active, 65 yr old senior in good shape, in other words not an hardcore athlete type. I use the massager for post workout or overexertion soreness prevention and for relief after soreness sets in. It appears to help a lot in reducing soreness post workout - I don't feel as bad the next day. As to relief after soreness has already set in - it offers temporary relief and feels good. My main uses are for gluts, quads, hamstrings, calf and in the hip area in the lower body. The M3 is pretty quiet and the battery lasts several uses before needing to be recharged. I like having 4 attachments for different applications, but generally use only the ball and the single pointed tip. Although it has 3 speed settings, for the most part the lowest one is sufficient for my needs. I like that it feels solid in my hands, that it has the feel of a substantial, quality tool. I wish there was an easier way to reach my back, I don't like the technique described in the instruction, but that may be due more to my lack of flexibility more than a product issue. Overall, I'm very pleased with the product and highly recommend it.

I'm at that terrible age in which all my fantasy splurge purchases are for pain relief, but at least this one is worth the money. I've already recommended it to two family members. I ordered it to combat general muscle fatigue from yard work, but before it came in I fell on a rock and messed up the area below my knee to the point it's extremely stiff, almost as if in a tourniquet. I've been using the Opove for both the knee rehab and muscle fatigue, and it feels great! I only need the lower levels but those are very quiet. I have used this with a sleeping cat right next to me. I can hear the TV just fine. After ten minutes of gently using the bullet-shaped end piece under my knee (all the soft spots between the tibia and fibula), I can walk a lot more like a normal human being and take the stairs without too much difficulty. It feels probably 50% better or more for next so-many hours. I actually forgot I had an injury for a while last night, even though stories I read online say this is the type of injury that can take many months to heal. The Opove isn't a "cure;" my knee locks up again later. But it's a huge help and gives me a lot of hope and dexterity. Also, since I was dragging that leg around for two weeks, I had aching fatigue on my thigh and calf and entire other leg. That's the kind of thing massage guns were made for, and it really helps with that. Unlike a massage, you have full control of the pressure level and can really nail the area that feels like it needs it. I have to stay away from massage clinics because the fragrances in the air from the products used previously will give me a massive migraine. And then I stopped trying to find a place altogether after that one large massage chain was caught just shuffling around employees women said assaulted them. For me, there's no contest between using this and getting a massage. I don't find the idea relaxing at all, even though I have a dear friend who is a massage therapist and know great ones are out there. As an off-label use, I also tried the ball-shaped end piece on my tight trigeminal nerve area on my face when I had a severe migraine. It doesn't cure the headache of course but feels soothing during use, the same way those spikey accupressure mats can. Where I live you need a doctor's RX before you can see a physical therapist, which adds at least one trip right when you don't feel like making any. Having something at home beyond just stretching is very helpful. I do wish the auto shut off was more like 15 minutes instead of 10. Ten's not quite enough. Make sure you only point this massage gun the way you would point a gun to fire. I let my attention slip and my skin got pinched when I held the unit more sideways.

I bought this as a gift for my husband since his job is very strenuous and he usually needs something to tide him over between massages. My husband's work place provides a massage gun on site for their employees to use. So, after doing some research, reading reviews and watching videos, I purchased the OPOVE M3 Pro Massage Gun. I really appreciate that it comes with a carrying case, that makes it easier to store. Also, really love that it has a rechargeable battery. My previous massager had a cord and was always getting in the way. Even though I bought this for my husband, I discovered that its suits my needs also. I dont have a lot of strength and thought it would be too heavy for me to handle, but it is light and easy enough for me to use. After a few weeks of using it, here are a few things I discovered: Pros - Great price. - Lightweight but solid. Good quality material. - Has enough different attachments. I've tried them all out, but usually just stick to the ball. My husband gets more use out of the others (like the bullet head) that are definitely better for smaller muscles. - Outstanding battery life. We have used this for three weeks for at least an hour of total run time. It's still showing as fully charged. - Three levels of intensity that make it great so that I can enjoy the lower levels and the higher ones that help relieve my husband's more intense muscle tightness. Cons - Might actually be too powerful. I've watched the expressions on my husband's face change back and forth from ecstasy to torture. He say's that it really does help him relieve deep tissue muscle. Level 3, which for me is very intense does a great job for my husband.

I am in my mid 60's and like to keep in shape with various exercises. The problem I have from that is sore muscles and trigger points. I occasionally have a massage done by a local professional, which does alleviate the tightness and pain, but I needed something I could use more frequently. I have been reading about these percussive massage guns for a while and wanted to try one but was put off by what I thought were exorbitant prices. I did some research and this one looked good because I knew I wanted it to be quiet during operation. The price was higher than some of the cheaper ones, but I was impressed with the brush less motor and thought that this one might hit that sweet spot of being as good as the really expensive ones, but priced reasonably for what you get. I can't make a totally accurate judgement on that as this is the only one I have tried. Perhaps a younger guy with huge muscles would need a more powerful unit, but this one will meet all of my needs, as I am not a super serious weight lifter looking to build huge muscles. I have only had it a few days and I have had relief from trigger points and sore muscles. One thing I did notice is that thinner muscles are harder to treat effectively with this type of unit, but most of my issues can be addressed and it does it in a shorter time period than manual massage. Another thing that impressed me was Opove customer service. I had an issue with one of the attachments not fitting properly and they promptly sent out a replacement

This thing is awesome! Im blown away! I suffer from occasional sciatica flare-ups and slight lower back pain from over doing it now and then. Im 40 and in great health but do not like taking pain meds at all. Last night I felt a "pinch" in my lower back, right side (same spot as always) and within just a few minutes of using this I could literally FEEL the knot disappear. It only took about 10 minutes total and I was completely pain free. My hubby has old injuries from years ago, which has led to pain and discomfort in his back, knee, hip and shoulder all on his right side. He is 40 as well. He had to start seeing the chiro on a regular basis since his pain had started to seriously affect his daily activities. He is the real reason I bought this. And this might be the best thing for him in between his chiro visits. He uses this on his entire right side, from neck to his feet, and it has made such a difference in his mobility and has significantly decreased his pain level. Last night he went from being stiff, tight and in pain to being able to rotate his arm and lift it high above his head, feeling so relaxed throughout his entire body that I could instantly SEE the relief in his face. It took a total of about 30 minutes to treat his entire body. We cant believe how quickly and effectively this works! Not that we doubt the technology or the product, but we have tried so many different things and the results were either mild or too short lived to be worth the money or time. THIS, however, I HIGHLY recommend and will be telling EVERYONE about this. I WISH we would have bought this long ago! We both feel like this has been worth every penny and are very happy with choosing this brand. I am so happy with the overall quality of the product. It arrived with about half a battery charge, which was more than enough juice to try it out right when we opened it. The different attachments are fantastic and I love that it came with a guide to the muscle Trigger Points of the body. We tend to use the #1 attachment the most (its the ball - for the large muscle groups). There is really no need to apply pressure at all, this thing does all the work for you. We did find that it tends to work best on bare skin, but to each their own. It doesnt catch on fabric, but we just like the way it glides over bare skin better than over clothes. We havent experienced any cons, just all pros here. This is one of those products that is worth the review and one that I will tell anyone and everyone about. WORTH EVERY PENNY and then some! When you deal with uncomfortable pain and your overall range of motion is effected, it can ruin your day, your mood, everything. This for us has been such a great investment.

This massage gun is an absolute game changer! If you have any muscular tightness or pain, it gives a deep tissue massage that helps a lot. It comes with a beautiful zipping case, several heads that target different parts of the body, and a charger, all of which fit inside the case. The massage gun is a good size and it does have some weight to it. My arm does get tired from holding it after a few minutes, but that does not diminish all the good features of this product. It still gets the job done, loosens muscles, feels very very very good, and has a long battery life. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product! 10/10 ⭐️

I have been going to see a quality sports massage therapist who said i should try one of these in between sessions as a way of "topping up" and was very sceptical about a massage gun in general after buying a tens machine which was useless and massage foam rollers / balls which are ok but have limited effect. A couple of years ago, i put a disc out on my lumber spine and after some extensive chiro, managed to get on top of the pain and made the vow of starting to look after myself so started stretching and seeing the therapist above which is great apart from the fact that i cannot afford to go see a therapist every week so after experiencing the feeling of one of these massage guns at a session, decided to part with the money. After doing some research, picked the M3 Pro, I've heard about the more expensive versions (theragun etc) and this seemed like a good purchase as it wasn't one of the cheaper ones but not in the 300 pound mark either. In terms of what you receive with the M3 Pro: The kit its self is well packaged and comes with a good number of attachments for various parts of the body including one for the achilles, a rounded more pointed attachment for direct massage, a flat rounded and a rounded piece all of which are again, well made. The machine is very well made too and this is one of the slight disadvantages as it is quite heavy but i'm guessing that's all to do with part of it being the battery. there are 3 speed settings and a nice Led display for power indication and charging. In terms of effect, the M3 pro delivers well and i can compare this to my therapists gun which isn't quite as powerful. I have used the more targeted piece and the achilles attachment on my feet and have to admit, it has kept the plantar problem at bay with no issues so extremely happy just for that result. The back which is an ongoing issue and I accept that it will always be there now unless I have surgery which i don't really fancy is much improved. The rounded attachment here seems to help the best and you can get very deep into the hip (where i have issues) and into the piriformis (just below the glutes) and does genuinely feel wonderful after a session with this. The tip here is to get a partner to help to be more effective as its awkward getting to the back but can be done nonetheless. In terms of battery life, it seems to be as the instructions say and last for a few hours but is very quick to charge ready for another session. overall the experience using the M3 Pro has been great, a little heavy but i will settle for that because it seems a good quality piece of kit. If you have any sort of past injury that requires frequent maintenance from sports massage, i couldn't recommend this any higher. I have been using this for about a few weeks now and wanted to wait to find out the upsides and downsides to using the machine. I have also used the machine for plantar fasciitis which has been an issue since starting the exercise regime so can give you a perspective from a back and foot problem.

At half the price of a Theragun, this Opove does as good a job with a higher stall force.

Die OPOVE M3 Pro hingegen massiert tief in den Muskel und hilft mir sehr effektiv, Muskelverspannungen sowie Schmerzen an Muskel- und Sehnenansätzen zu lindern. Besonders beeindruckend: Die OPOVE M3 Pro ist sehr leise und gleichzeitig extrem kraftvoll. Aufgrund der hohen Leistung sollte man anfangs jedoch vorsichtig sein und das Gerät erst ein wenig kennenlernen. Neben den klassischen Aufsätzen sind auch ein Steg-förmiger, ein Mikrospitzen- sowie ein Luftkissenkopf enthalten. Der Luftkissenaufsatz ist definitiv für empfindlichere Stellen empfehlenswert – ansonsten nehme ich meistens die Kugel. Nachdem mein erstes Gerät nach mehreren Jahren den Geist aufgegeben hatte, habe ich mir testweise ein günstigeres Modell für rund 40 € (angeblich herabgesetzt von 60 €) bei Amazon gekauft – eine Riesenenttäuschung. Wer seine Muskeln nach dem Training ernsthaft lockern möchte, sollte von dieser Preisklasse lieber die Finger lassen. Falls ein Gerät nur eine geringe Spannung aufweist (die oft nicht in der Produktbeschreibung genannt wird – ein Schelm, wer Böses dabei denkt), wirkt sich das meist direkt auf die Leistungsfähigkeit aus. Denn, wie viele wissen: Leistung = Volt × Ampere. Wie dem auch sei: Dies ist ein sehr hochwertiges Gerät, das keinesfalls enttäuschen wird.
