This is just a short length of lace. Far too short to warp round your head and tie in to a big bow as per the picture. I had to attach if to an Alice band to make it work

The scarf seems a bit short for an adult but once you unfold it, it can be used for a headband. It fit my child, who is using this as her 80's costume for Halloween, really well. Ugh takes me back to that great decade of the 80's!

It was too small to fit around my head the way it is shown in the picture, so I put my hair up and wrapped it around my hair instead. It still worked for my 80's party.

Talk about disappointment! The picture shown on this product is very misleading. It's not a bow or a headband, it's just a piece of lace that is too short to tie in a bow like they show in the picture. You could buy this from any craft store for a dollar. Not worth the money....returning!!
