Jabo Dolphin High Speed RC Saltwater Fishing Surfer Bait Boat for Beach Fishing with Waterproof Hull,GPS Auto Return

Good thing I'm good at working on RC things. Quality of my boat put together was not good. First motors are just glued in to bottom of boat they have a place to screw a strap to help hold in but were missing. I had to take boat apart reglued motors make a strap to hold them down. The servo for the bait release didn't work. I put a new one in and it worked now. So far now it all works now. I have not fished with it yet. One thing to note is it only releases bait one time. So you must turn on set bait in turn off then back on then set up to go out in water. For the price not bad, better than paying $1000 for the ones that might run away or stop working, so far. Will up date later when fishing with it. Well update on it took it out yesterday. Calibrate it set starting point . Set waypoint. Sent it off on its own. Never stopped gone probably at Mexico now. Hope it came back. Pushed return home but it keeps on going tell out of sight. Waited a few hours but nope.

Received the product quickly and the box was not damaged, just some small holes and dents that did not affect the styrofoam inside. There was a broken piece inside (see picture) which was supposedly used to hold down the metal box. The metal box was detached from the velcro. Also, the metal box had some scratches (see picture) probably from moving around. The motors and remote worked very well but the mechanism to release the bait (servo) didn't. This was the most important thing for me. It may have been damaged during shipping. The product looks really good and I wanted it to work. The seller was very responsive and helpful.

To start off I’d like to say that I love this boat for dropping baits for shark fishing. Compared to other bait boats it’s a fraction of the price and can haul very heavy loads very far and gps return back. I’ve taken it in the ocean over breakers on the east coast of Florida and watched it float right over 2 foot breakers and keep going. My issue is that at some point something happened to one of the prop assemblies (not sure what) and it causes the prop shaft to be thrown off the coupler. What I think is wrong is that the prop shaft may be bent as it seems the propeller seems to hit the wall of the housing and results in the coupler spring dislodging from the coupler. I would love to be able to replace the parts or get a new one (happened just outside the return window) and get back out dropping baits as this bait boat is a life saver when it functions correctly and is a joy to watch as it surpasses all odds against anything I put it up against.

My client have not test this out yet however he is so inlove with the product. It's the exact same thing online.

Misleading information on how to program the boat. After repeating the instructions several times and programming it, it sailed and never came back.

It was exciting at first to use it…but in only my second time using it, the boat lost signal with the remote in the middle of the water. I could not recalibrate it even after retrieving it…there was nothing in the instructions to address this specific case. I recommend spending lots of time at a local pond mastering all the functions
