Beautiful.
This arbour was purchased to give a little privacy at the foot of my garden. It arrived on the day requested but I found, to my horror , that the delivery company had left two pallets of wood framework but no fixtures. The following morning I contacted Rowlinson direct and they kindly sent on another set. The wood has been stained with a satin finish and looks excellent. Certainly value for money and a sincere thank you to Rowlinsons themselves for first class customer service.

Nice well made product
Item arrived quickly and well packaged, takes two to put together but once done is strong and sturdy, its a nice well made product, we painted ours prior to assembly, only thing to look out for is the gap at the rear of the seat, its easily big enough for a small child to climb through and get stuck.....as I found out !!!!!, easy remedied by adding two extra pieces of wood bought from local DIY store, once painted and screwed in looks factory. I also added two supports under the main seat, just felt it needed some extra support. Recommended purchase.

Not a bad arbour.
Delivery got delayed on this as it got mislaid in the warehouse. Although the initial communication was good, it was impossible to get hold of anyone after that. The item itself, when it arrived is mixed. it took time to put together, but was pretty straightforward. Download the instructions from the Rowlinson website, as they are far superior than the ones provided with the arbour itself. If you follow them, it takes a while to put together, but is not complicated. You will need a drill. We were only missing one screw, which we could easily substitute. Of the arbour itself, the wood was a bit green and not in great condition, but by this stage we just wanted the arbour up. We're pleased with the overall look of it and it looks nice in the garden. It also seems pretty sturdy, although time will tell.

Rowlinson Keswick Arbour Fits The Bill
It certainly needs 2 to pit together. One small piece [ to cover screws ] was missing when received but in our case we were not concerned as we just put on the front one and where we have placed it we do not see the back.A word of warning though the instructions are terrible - practically non-existent so some thought & care is needed.Overall though we are very pleased - especially at the price we paid compared with other sources and also wood quality we have seen on some other types at DIY stores.

Nice looking product. If you purchase one of these you will need to be a D I Y person, as there are no pre-drilled holes.

Poor instructions, missing parts and questions about robustness
Delivery was fine. However the instructions were not clear and the wood had no guide holes for the screws. This lead to guesswork and slow construction. Further, the dowel was missing for the arches. Some of the existing joints had gaps in them. Once constructed, the arbour does look good but be aware that only 8 thin screws support the seat. Not a good buy for the price paid.

Love this. I found it easy to assemble the instructions were fine. Looks the part and with a 1/3 off the original price it was a bargain. Recommended!
