Can't seem to get this to make a good froth.....had a little battery powered one that made a much thicker froth....is this TOO powerful??!

I use this device for Almond milk and I've got good results with the froth. First, make sure you have high sides on the container so that the liquid does not splash out. I've found that if you start mixing near the bottom and then bring the frother up to the top (but not all the way out of the liquid), then bring it down again and repeat this process a few times you should have a nice thick froth. It took me less than a minute to get good froths on my drinks. I was able to transfer the liquid and the froth to a smaller container afterwards without destruction of my froth.
