The tent is made of good quality materials as well as the 4 poles. It needs a bit of practice to be set up right but it's a great alternative to traditional beach umbrellas and it withstands wind even better most of the times. We tried it mostly with only 2 poles and it worked fine.Be aware that poles have a pointy end that might be blocked at airport security checks if you carry them in hand luggage.

It took 1 restart to get this set up correctly. The key is to make sure you have enough sand in the bags. It is also safer to dig the bags into the ground a bit (tripping hazard). Once the weight of the sand bags is strong enough it is easy to put the poles in the corners and have enough tension. I would say this would be water resistant but not waterproof.

We purchased this for a family beach trip and we were very happy with the product.Pros:-Very lightweight and compact for the size of shade provided-Setup was easy. With three adults helping it took about 5 minutes but I am confident that one person could have it ready to go in less than 15 minutes.-Plenty of shade! We had 4 adults, two toddlers, and an infant. We had plenty of room in the shade for adults to relax and left a corner of the shade clear for the toddlers to play in the sand. (This was with the 10x10 model)-Held up great in the wind! We had a steady breeze all day with some larger gusts. We even saw one of the traditional metal frame pop-up tents get blown down the beach with the larger gusts but our Rhino Valley Beach Tent held up great.Cons:-Might be too large for a crowded beach. This was not an issue for us, but if you deal with crowded beaches with limited space, the required footprint to secure the tent may be difficult.Summary:The Rhino Valley 10x10 Beach tent was perfect for our need and worked wonderfully. The provided shade kept us cool and the compact size saved my back from hauling it to the beach. It was sturdy in the wind and held up great. I would absolutely recommend this to someone needing shade for a larger area. A good tip for set up is to spread the corners to stretch the fabric pretty tight and fill the sand bags as full as you can. We used this method and had no issues even on the first set up.

Prodotto bello, versatile e ben costruito. I materiali sono robusti e duraturi. Facile il montaggio e anche il trasporto grazie alla pratica borsetta. Le sacche di ancoraggio sono capienti e si possono riempire con circa 5-6 kili di sabbia permettendo di avere una copertura stabile anche in giornate mediamente ventose. In dotazione vengono fornite anche delle palette per la sabbia e diversi tipi di picchetti per superfici differenti. Il tessuto di copertura è elastico e restsiente al vento; Nb a mio avviso filtra circa il 90-95 per cento della luce solare.La versione 3x3 permette di riparare dal sole comodamente tutta la giornata 3-4 persone.Si tenga conto che una volta montato crea un ingombro di circa 5,5x5,5 metri.
