I purchased the facial mask in February 2025, and after just a few months of use, it stopped working. When I press the power button, the light flashes once and then turns off completely. I’m very disappointed with how short-lived the product was, as I expected it to last much longer. I kindly ask for the seller’s assistance in resolving this issue, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
