Useless and and not safe to wear it’s not locking mechanism of the helmet is not working

Misleading size information
I brought it to my son he is 5 & 7 years old and its extremely big even on an adult head , its very big and the inside bands range to be changed is not enough also the strap to wear is very long ( cant be shortened from the attaching point )
