Prep Pays Off Again
This was my first run with Siraya Tech’s ABS‑GF (glass‑fiber reinforced ABS), and I approached it the same way I did with ASA: prep first, print second. I dried the filament overnight, then spent time dialing in my slicer profile. That effort was worth it—the prints came out strong and clean. You have to print in an enclosure to make this work. Adhesion was solid using a PEI sheet with a light application of bed adhesive, and release was easy once cooled. The filament flows consistently, and with proper calibration, it produces parts with excellent dimensional accuracy. For testing, I printed structural rocket components, including couplers and centering rings. The results were impressive: the glass‑fiber reinforcement adds noticeable stiffness, making it well‑suited for load‑bearing parts in high‑power rocketry. The finish is black but not glossy, more of a matte look with a subtle texture from the fibers. I also noticed the odor during printing was less than the ASA I’ve used, which made the overall experience more pleasant. Bottom line: With proper prep, Siraya Tech ABS‑GF delivers strong, reliable prints that excel in structural applications. Great choice for hobbyists who need durability beyond PLA and PETG, especially for rocket parts.

Great budget option
I can’t say enough good things about siraya tech’s filament. This ABS-GF has printed excellent for me with 0.4mm nozzle using the Orca Slicer profile that Siraya tech provides on their website for my Qidi plus 4. Very first prints came out perfect. I have also used their CF-PET with great results but the ABS is a more affordable option with high temperature resistance and great layer adhesion and strength. I have not yet experienced any warping or stringing or anything really. Even longer bridges and overhangs come out great as you can see from my photos printed without supports. I have left this abs-gf out in the open in my 40% humidified home for a few weeks and I have still not had issues with moisture. My PETG on the other hand would be extremely stringy by now. The ABS-GF does have a bit of ABS smell for sure but it’s not as strong as some others i’ve tried in the past. This might be my new go-to filament instead of PLA. The surface is slightly abrasive, not quite as much as the PET-CF but the parts look almost identical. I noticed more skin irritation with the PET-CF. This ABS-GF does not seem to bother my skin at all really unless i’m cutting or sanding on it. The ABS GF is still quite flexible like regular ABS but a little less, since it’s only 10% glass but that also means better layer adhesion and less abrasive surfaces. I think the flexibility is close to PLA, but the filament itself is still pretty brittle. The PET-CF is a LOT more stiff and also more brittle but INCREDIBLY strong. The CF-PET, for example, I had a thing piece of support material maybe one or two walls thick, and when trying to bend it, it was incredibly strong. When it finally broke it exploded and have my finger a little cut. I hope to see more colors come out in the future. I would love an ABS-GF in Purple.

Exceptional Strength and Finish! My New Go To ASA!
I’ve tried a lot of engineering-grade filaments over the years, and the Siraya Tech Fibreheart ASA-GF really stands out. The print quality is incredibly consistent, with excellent layer adhesion and virtually no warping once the enclosure is properly heated. The glass fiber reinforcement gives parts a strong, rigid feel without being brittle — perfect for functional prints and outdoor applications. Surface finish is smooth and matte, hiding layer lines better than most reinforced materials I’ve used. Dimensional accuracy is spot on, and it holds up beautifully under heat and UV exposure. This filament has earned a permanent spot on my printer shelf. Highly recommended for anyone who needs durable, weather-resistant parts with a professional-grade finish.

Prints great
There were some initial challenges in getting my Bambu X1 Carbon warm enough (just throw a blanket over it) and learning how to account for shrinkage in the XY plane to hit target dimensions (101% in X and Y does the trick). Once dialed in, this ASA-GF filament produces prints just as nice as PLA or PETG. I used the print profile downloaded from Siraya Tech's website. The heat, UV, and mechanical toughness are what I needed for outdoor applications. Rigid and weatherproof. The bright white is nice too since it reflects sunlight pretty well making it a good choice for enclosures and sun shields. I didn't experience any clogging or stringing. I dried the filament before use, but I don't know that I needed to. I dry filament from anyone who doesn't specify that it's pre-dried. The foil pouch the filament came in held a very strong vacuum seal. The filament was fairly brittle off the roll and I was slightly worried about how it would handle the AMS, but there haven't been any issues. Finally, I like that this doesn't cost that much more than PLA or PETG. It's a great value. I'll be buying more.

Great print quality - Poor HIPS support compatibility
The filament prints beautifully and works perfectly in my Bambu AMS and H2D printer. However, I ran into significant issues using HIPS as a support material. Unlike other ASA-GF brands I’ve used, HIPS will not bond to this filament at all, resulting in a "spaghetti mess" and zero support interface. If you rely on HIPS for complex supports, you may want to look elsewhere, but for standard prints, the quality is excellent.

My new favorite filament
I've found that this is starting to become my new favorite filament to print with. It is the perfect balance of durability, print quality, and price. Print quality and surface finish are excellent and being highly UV resistant is great for out door prints. The fibreheart center also saves your nozzle from extra wear while still preventing warping. I will say the smell with ASA is harsh but I wouldn't stay in the same room as the printer while printing any filament.

Excellent Filament. Prints easily, minimal warping compared to pure ABS, super stiff, but still has good layer adhesion. Probably my new go-to for temperature resistant functional prints. Much easier to print than regular ABS/ASA, and the added glass fibres give a really nice exterior finish. Remarkably low odour too; Forgot to turn on my carbon filter and was quite a while before I noticed any smell. The only critique, which is a common issue with Siraya Tech, is that the spool is wound almost to the edge. Very neat windings, but unless there's constant tension on the spool, it's quite easy for a few loops to come off, at least until you've used a couple 100gs. Not really that big an issue though, and definitely still one of the best ABS filaments regardless. Great value too. I should say, the bed adhesion is almost too good. I normally use adhesive and a hot chamber to print ABS with minimal warping, but the same process with this filament ripped the PEI right off my build plate. Not a fault of the filament; definitely user error. But be aware of this if you normally use a strong adhesive for printing ABS (Magigoo, NanoPolymer, etc.)

Consigliatissimo!

Arrived well packaged and prints beautifully. Strong and light weight. I’m printing this Filament on the Qidi Q2, at relatively high speeds. In my case I found that I need to print at around 280°c for better layer adhesion. With the bed at 90° and chamber set to 35° I’ve seen no warping or cracks whatsoever. Prints as easy as PLA in my experience! Hands down my new favourite filament. Looking forward to trying other colors.
