Tastes of apricot, not sugar
This is the best apricot jam I have ever come across. It tastes of apricot, NOT sugar. I just wish it could be available in the UK without having to pay exorbitant import prices.

Excellent product.
I used this jam to coat my chocolate Madeira cake before putting on the fondant icing. It is good not to have to sieve it as it can be used straight out of the tin and just adding a drop of hot water to make it easier to apply with a brush.

Flies will love this
Though the jam is good the provider is short sighted. I buy other food in tins such as Ghee. It comes with a plastic lid. This does notso has to be decanted or used as soon as opened. Flies will love this

Befor Marzipanning
I used this All Gold Smooth Apricot Jam on the Christmas cake before putting the marzipan on, went very well.

The best jam in the world according to me. Loves the chunky bits and the ginger. I eat it everyday and it’s best on freshly baked bread.
