Yes it's flush and drop was around 900mm

Q: Can it be made flush with ceiling?

Unfortunately mine was damaged on arrival so had to return, however like any, with links these can be removed to make it shorter if that's what you mean. The ceiling fitting will be flush.

If using LED bulbs with this item the maximum wattage you can use is 3w per bulb. Please try using LED bulbs that are cool white, these give a very bright output.
