If all tools worked this well, ranchers’ wives everywhere would be much happier.It is hardened and a good length. Strong while not overly heavy. It does most of the pulling and squeezing for itself. Obviously, it’s still a full body workout, but it’s nice to not have sore hands and forearms afterwards. You get the satisfaction of finishing the job yourself. The bright color it wears makes it easy to find if it’s lost the tall grass or in snow. It’s dependable. When a connection needs to be made, this will do it. I don’t doubt that the contact will keep things nice and tight, with a good jolt of electricity pulsing through it. If I could justify purchasing a second one, I would. They are THAT good. But we all know too many tools is just clutter. One would never get enough use or attention and would end up rusting out before it wears out. This one will be difficult to wear out or lose. If it were to get stolen, I’d sure morn it’s loss. I’m glad to know I can just order a new one online.

Once the crimp is made, the connection is solid as a rock. The tool is heavy duty and does a great job. I'm happy I purchased it for my fencing job.
