ASAHI CLUB Aquafaba Powder 3.7oz, Organic, Egg/Egg-White Substitute, Vegan Meringue

That this is a useless product. No response from them after several emails. I've tried to make it work. Read and re-read instructions. Tried my hand held milk frother as suggested, SEVERAL TIMES, it did not whip into anything, tried my handheld mixer, nothing , just muck in a cup. Buy a can of chickpeas for aquafaba or look elsewhere. Whatever this powder is, it was expensive and useless.

I think the right temperature is the key to make frothy aquafaba. When I first made it, it was OK but not as foamy as I wanted. So, I checked the instructions once again. Following them exactly, I made sure the temperature was very hot. Then, I frothed the hot aquafaba for 2 min, and it turned foamy and creamy. It smelled a little like chickpeas but when I used it in the cake batter, it was fine and didn't smell like chickpeas at all.

It never froth .. total waste of money

Followed directions and product never whipped and created very little foam . Very disappointed.

I was excited to try this as a plant-based alternative for whipping cream, but it was a complete disappointment. The smell is awful—almost chemical and very off-putting. I followed all the instructions, including chilling it before whipping, but it didn’t whip at all. No matter what method I tried, it just didn’t work. I can’t recommend this product.
