Incredible Seller Customer Service, so pleased
Ordered the Egglettes and when I opened the box I was missing one of the rings and the instructions. I contacted the seller and got an immediate response telling me that they will send out another package the next day. They also included an online link to recipes and cooking instructions. I want to thank the seller for their quick response and their generous resolution of my problem. Sellers don’t get enough credit if they help the customers. Most people only write bad reviews if something was not right, this is for a wonderful seller that cares about their customers. Thank you.As for the product itself I tried it without the instructions and it was, well, ok. I did use cooking spray, but maybe not enough. So after getting the instructions and seeing a great step by step video I will try again and I think it will work as lubrication is the key to getting the eggs out without them getting stuck.

Not worth the money
I wanted to like these because I boil eggs all the time and peeling them doesn't always work out. These were a nightmare! The cups are rubber and the lids are plastic so it takes some doing to get the lids screwed on straight - especially with a raw egg inside. Boiling them was easy once they were put together. The eggs DO NOT slide out all perfect like the pictures. They are weird shaped (the cups tip and float while cooking) and needed help removing them from the cups. The residue left inside the cups was the deal breaker for me. The eggs stick to the rubber and the cups are VERY difficult to clean. I scraped them out by hand and then put them in the dishwasher - not clean. I ran them through the cycle two more times and still not clean. I scrubbed them out with a sponge by hand and they still had residue in them. Gross! Not sure why the egg refused to clean off the cups but all of them ended up in the trash after that. I'd much rather peel eggs!

Great quality and useful!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This is what I needed for my family dinner. I bought 2 boxes and made 12 eggs every few minutes. I was really impressed with how low maintenance it was. Also clean up was simple because they are dishwasher safe. Under here i’ll upload a picture and a video so it can help you guys.

I’ll upload a video that i found online so it can help with the idea of the product.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Great quality and useful! This was so easy to set up and make. My husband can't have egg yolk so I can hard boil him eggs without the yolk which lets him enjoy them too, and I cook them all together so it was very easy. I was really impressed with how low maintenance it was. Also clean up was simple because they are dishwasher safe.

I was wrong
The first time I tried the egg cookers I used a little bit of olive oil on the inside and rubbed it around. I boiled the eggs using the egg timer. When it was time to take the eggs out, they stuck to the sides. I boiled the eggs until the egg timer showed "ripe" or well done, but the eggs came out "medium well" per say. When it came time to clean the egg cookers, it was hard to clean them since they stuck to the sides. I was going to give up on them, but I decided to give them another try. This time I used cooking spray a little liberally and spread it around inside the egg cookers. I boiled the eggs (not using their egg timer) and the eggs came out very easily this time. The plastic is thicker than egg shells so it takes longer to reach the desired doneness. The reason why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because I personally would rather peel shells and deal with the occasional ones that don't turn out. To say a 5 means to me that I love them. Someone else might prefer the egg cooker way. The point is, they do work with enough oil.

Did not work for me
Did not work for me. You can hard boil eggs, but the top is flat, the yolk is close enough to the top to see the color, and sometimes the egg breaks when disgorging it from the egglettes. Pressure cooking reigns supreme for this task.

Sticks to Product
DO not waste your money. Most of the reviews do not mention the extraction part of the process. One word: NIGHTMARE! The egg gets stuck to the rubber container. By the time you're done with it it looks nothing like an egg. And forget about the cleanup. Try cleaning out stuck-on eggs from the squishy rubber. The only reason I don't return these is that I throw out the box. I will follow up by throwing out the entire thing next.

Egglets Are Not What They Are Cracked Up To Be
I was excited to get the Egglets but disappointed in the performance. The egg timer that was included is bogus. The eggs weren't even close to being cooked "hard" when it said they were fully done. I had to cook them 5 additional minutes. The end result is like getting half an egg. It's just not the same shape, but this I knew would be how the finished egg would come out.Over all, the product works as advertised except the timer. The final product is not aesthetically pleasing to me, but the eggs did cool and were eaten. This is another product that does better in the commercial than real life.
