I did change the male cardinal. I didn’t like how pink and purple it was so I changed it to more red. I also changed the beak to a traditional cardinal beak color. I had some additional AB drills I scattered around.

Quality kit. Enjoyable to create. When finished with the kit the design was beautiful and ready to frame.

The quality of the beads rate a 10; the schematic needs to be updated as for example, number 4 on the canvas is number 7 on the schematic; capital B is too close to small b, etc. Confusing to say the least. The real problem is the stickiness of the canvas. The cellophane covering is almost impossible to remove. It seems like it was placed on the wrong side as you have to rip it off the canvas. Also, because of the stickiness of the canvas, the wax from the pen comes out on the beads when I place the beads on the canvas. This happens with the single placer as well as the multi-placer. Very annoying. I am one quarter through the kit and quite honestly, it's tedious and exhausting. I'm hoping it's worth my while when it finally gets completed.
