Can’t get to work like in the video.
REVIEW UPDATE: it’s all about tolerances! Although the stripping head sized for BV4 wire is a close equivalent to 12 Gauge wire, it turns out that 12 Gauge has to be stripped using the smallest attachment which is sized for BV2.5 or around 14 Gauge. So, that’s done! NOW I have to figure out if the stripping length is adjustable. The video shows a nice long strip, but the BV2.5 head is only stripping 11mm for me. That’s fine if you use the Push In fasteners instead of wire nuts, but inadequate for a good secure twist before securing with a wire nut as in the product video. Stand by…Product is sized for Asian BV wire sizes. The BV4 is roughly equivalent to 12 Gauge. Right out of the box I could not get it to strip or twist wires as shown in the video. It also requires wire nuts without any wings. The pieces all appear to be well constructed. I haven’t determined why the stripping function doesn’t work. Might be Pilot Error, but tried rotation in both directions, starting rotation before and after wire insertion, without success. Will continue to work on it since it looks simple and foolproof. We’ll see…

Excellent Tools for the Specific Function of Stripping Wires
This review is for the COOEURINS Wire Stripping & Twisting ToolsOverall: 5 StarsI performed a number of tests on various gauge wires and wire connectors to see how these tools worked compared to a less expensive version I also reviewed. In my testing, I found some of the same issues that I'd run into with the other set, namely that using these with your drill driver can be a bit tricky - going too fast and you can easily lose control over the wires as well as your drill driver. Too slow, and it's difficult to make the wire stripping and twisting work as it should. Once you've mastered the process and determine the proper speed, these little tools can be a true time saver - and protect your fingers as well from sharp wire ends. The wire cap twister that is provided with this kit is the easiest of the tools to master, and it was almost identical to the same tool included in the less expensive kit. I like the nice case that the tools come in with the foam cutouts using the Japanese shadowbox approach. It's too bad that the wire cap twisting tool doesn't have it's own cutout, though that's easily added. I also like the quality of the manufacturing of the metal tools and the fact that they have separate adjustable blades for stripping the wires, a significant improvement over the less expensive version where just a sharp edge on the tool performs that function. I also like that length of the wire to be stripped can be easily adjusted. These tools work best with solid core wires, wires made up of smaller bundles of copper cable don't give the same quality result. I would recommend that before using any of these tools for your real application that you use some wire scraps and practice; you'll appreciate it.

Look better than they perform
The look and feel of the wire stripping tools are great for a tool addict like myself. Each wire stripper has a solid, hefty feel, an attractive color, with nice fit and finish. The set comes beautifully displayed in a dedicated hard plastic case with each wire stripper comfortably nestled in a shadow-board cut foam insert. There is one quarter inch driver arbor for all three wire strippers.I had high hopes for these, but feel that they came up a little lacking. I think the success of these tools requires a fair amount practice and futzing, but also the right wire. As you can see in my review photos, they did strip the wire, but they always put a twist in the insulation. I don't think that the code inspection would think too highly of this. These tools are not marked or sized for standard AWG American wire gauges. There is a range of adjustability to the tools, but it is basically trial and error and you are on your own as the instructions are of little value. If I can ever get them adjusted to where they work smoothly, I plan on marking them for the wire gauge and then leaving them. The wire nut twister is pretty straightforward and works reasonably well, but for how long I am not sure since it is all plastic. This part of the set feels like an afterthought as it lacks the same build quality as the strippers themselves and does even have a cutout in the foam. If you are have the time and patience, you may eventually be able to get decent results with this set. Personally, I am not convinced that they are worth the effort.

Husband loves it
We have been remodeling our house for over a year and we are constantly changing lights or fans or something having to do with wiring. We changed every outlet and switch in the house with new ones and it's a 5,800 sf house so there were a LOT. My husband likes how this little tool will tightly join wires to make it easier to connect everything as well as making it safer. Once we twisted the wires and used wire nuts, we knew there weren't any exposed wires anywhere. We've had several outlets catch fire in the boxes from the poor wiring the contractor did.
