We are absolutely in love. We have 2 labradors that lose a ridiculous amount of fur and track dirt, sand and all sorts through the house. Our floors have never been so clean. A simple schedule everyday and we come home to sparkling floors. Easy to map, mark things out to avoid and even add floor material and direction. Can’t rate it high enough. Saves so much time vacuuming daily and doing a big vac and mop weekly.

Great robotic vacuum cleaner and mop. Does a great job and leaves the competition in dust. Aftre trying the other brands this has been awesome and trouble free.

We replaced our crappy S7 ultra to this and so far, couldn't be happier. Roborock are terrible at their customer service, but Amazon are fantastic.The vacuum itself does a great job, the twin rollers seem to pick up even the finest dust. I like that the dock bins are hidden away from sight a bit and the white colour blends into our walls a bit more than the stark black did.

This is the first time I have owned a Robovac so I can’t compare it to other Robovacs, but I think it is a wonderful product and it does the job very nicely and saves me a lot of time which is really good as I’m always very busy and don’t have much spare time. I have only had the Roborock for a short time but so far it done a really good job.
