Bought three of these back in March and, as of writing, all of them still work perfectly! Admittedly, the only problem I've had was one being knocked over by a hungry cat but it was nothing a little velcro couldn't fix. Other than that, they're great!I originally got these to help my disabled father out while I house-sat for a friend but stuck with them due to the convenience. The set-up was relatively easy to learn and now can be done without instructions and quickly. I've never seen a meal be skipped, which thanks to the dual power supply, isn't a worry during power outages, either.Genuinely, I enjoy having these--they help save time, even when cleaning. Not to mention, they're a good value for the price, too! It's hard to beat for a little under $30 each (and, warranty included). So they're easy to recommend for a busy pet owner.

Got this in and was able to set up within 20 minutes. Super easy and works great, portions sizes may be a little smaller then what my cats are used to but that is also adjustable.

Purchased before the holidays so I could make sure my cat was fed while I was gone for a couple days. This feeder has been awesome. It was only intended to be for while I was away, but we enjoyed the ease of use so much we just kept using it. I opted to go the battery route rather than having it plugged in. The four D batteries lasted me 6 months before I had to change them - pretty good!

I bought this for my cat for weight management and in case the humans go out of town for a few days.It’s pretty easy to program, set timing of feeding and amount of dry food. It does remember the program if not plugged in.I would give it 5⭐️. However, my cat - being a cat- can easily get the dish part off easily and have to put it back myself sometimes . I wish there was a lock function or something for this. I don’t mind putting it back, but it’s impossible when I’m out of town.Overall, I’d say the capacity is good enough for 1 cat. For the discounted price & ease of programing, the value is pretty good.Haven’t use the voice recording function yet (frankly I find it unnecessary since my cat can hear the food coming out anyway and immediately heads to the feeder). It’s pretty easy to clean and the lid has a lock that prevents cat from getting to the food.

This device is amazing easy to program and keeps my cat happy I just fill it up and let it go

I bought this for my cat in hopes I could give him a better feeding schedule while I'm not home, and considering the rating I thought I found something decent.I was wrong.I followed the manual to a tee, got it assembled and connected no problem, and then went to do a test feed to see the portion sizing and I got a "motor jam" error. Already a red flag considering I literally hadn't done anything to be able to jam the motor..I tried everything; resetting the device, disconnecting and reconnecting, made sure every single piece of food was out to make sure nothing was stuck. Absolutely no reason. I got the error tens of times no matter what I tried. And there's NO way of fully disassembling the device to check the motor, or any main part of the device for a jam, or any other issue.There was Not A Single thing in the FAQs on the app about the motor, let alone a jam. Nothing in the troubleshoot page. I tried submitting a problem ticket in the app, also tens of times, and it would not go through no matter what.The thing saw the light of day for literally 2 hours while I fought with it before I packed it backed up and returned it (rather than potentially break it and be out damnnear 50 dollars, or have a useless piece of plastic I can't get a solution for).Very deceiving considering decent reviews. Very disappointed and am back on the hunt for a new and much better one 🫠

Work great was able to set up times for my cat to be fed she caught on quick for when it’s time to eat. Capacity is great holds about half a bag of iams cat food. No pebbles have gotten stuck

This was so easy to set up! Voice activated at the times you determine. My daughter’s voice is calling Roger to come eat 3 times a day. Took him one day to figure it out. The only complaint is the food reservoir is on the small side. I’m not even sure it would hold a 3.5# bag of cat food. Batteries or plug in. Takes 3 D batteries. 10/10 would recommend

We received it and got it assembled and working in probably around 5-10 minutes, filled it up and it started working right away. We set it up for around 3 portions since that's what worked for our cat according to the food we currently give her.Our food pallets are quite small, one portion is around 13 grams on average. On the image is slightly less than on porsion (9g).Overall it just works, unplugging it doesn't erase the settings and it seems like it keeps its time so no re-adjusting either if there's a power cut / power outage.

Très pratique et fiable. Réglages faciles. Le grammage d’une portion peut varier selon la taille des croquettes. Ne pas hésiter à peser une portion qui vient d’être distribuée (12 g dans notre cas) pour définir parfaitement le nombre de doses quotidiennes. Dosage plus précis qu’à la main, même avec un verre doseur, si on veut veiller à la ligne de Big Moustache. Le chat ne se jette plus sur ses croquettes, car il n’a plus à attendre sa pitance qui est à présent distribuée régulièrement et à heures fixes, qu’on soit là ou non. Il régule mieux son appétit et mange même un peu moins. Pratique au quotidien et pour de courtes absences type week-end. Au-delà, le passage d’un cat-sitter reste indispensable pour l’eau, la litière et un peu de présence.

I was going away for a few days and didn't have anyone to look after my furbies. I decided to use an automatic cat feeder and brought the best dual cat feeder. When it arrived the control panel didn't work!!! . In a panic as I was running out of time I chose and brought two of the Moony cat fearders. I was absolutely over the with them. They worked perfectly. They are so easy to programe.. are reliable .. so well made. My furbies took to them straight away. I love them and definitely recommend this brand and model. They definitely saved the day
