Not pre-programmed, get a relearn tool
They work fine with my 2015 F150 XL. One of the original sensors was not working after 10 years and another one was not working three months later. I replaced all original sensors with these at a local used tire shop paying $80.00($20.00 each). These are not pre-programmed. You have to perform relearn process. Buy an EL-50448 PLUS relean tool(one 9V battery needed). 1. Break and release 2. Key on-off-on-off-on 3. Break and release 4. Key off-on-off-on-off-on (you hear the horn once) 5. Point relearn tool to where the sensor is. (you hear the horn once) - front left, front right, rear right, rear left

Works great
Absolutely wonderful! Never have to empty out air again with these and my sensor activator. My 2015 ford f150 XLT worked fine with this. If you are swapping out a new tpms sensor then you MUST conduct the tpms learn cycle doing the brake then three times ignition x2 until the relearn cycle honks. If you use the other method (6 time hazards) then it will not work because the hazard method is just for rotating tires and the ignition method is an actual new tpms sensor.

Defective - low internal battery and will not communicate the air pressure.
I have wasted time an money installing two of the four TPMS in my truck. They are defective. After all that work of manually installing these TPMSs, neither of the two sensor will learn in my vehicle. I used the Ford scanning tool and I also did the deflating the tire method. I went from 38 psi all the way down to 18 psi and it never communicated with my vehicle. After installing two of these new TPMS, and then removing them because they failed, I took one apart and I measured the open circuit voltage of the internal coin type battery that is spot welded to the internal circuit board. The "2032" size coin type battery cell when new should have about 3.6 volts in an open circuit situation. The battery I removed measured 2.99 volts which is low for a brand new battery.

Ford F-150 Replacement
Actual Purchase: Dash light came on, all original sensors failed, didnโt need tires replaced. Repair shop was quoting $150 per tire. I Personally installed (4) sensors on 2016 Ford F-150. If youโre a weekend / backyard mechanic, Not an easy install, but doable. No problem syncing to OEM Equipment. Advice: Best to change out originals at time of next tire change.

Worked for 2016 F150
These worked for my 2016 F150. I almost returned them because the method of pushing the flashers 6 times wasn't working. I had a cheap relearn tool and returned it and got the Ford Motorcraft tool and still nothing. I ended up finding a video showing the right way to pair NEW sensors. I think the other way is just for when you rotate the tires with sensors that are already paired to the vehicle. The way I did it was- press and release brake, ignition on-off-on-off-on, press and release brake, ignition off-on-off-on-off-on. The truck then goes into training mode and you start at the left front tire and work clockwise around the truck with the relearn tool. Hopefully that helps someone fix theirs, I was about to give up when I finally found the right way to do it.

They worked fine, but for a short time only.
Read other reviews. Wish I did. These do not last a year. I presume the battery has died on them, all within about 6 weeks of each other. Not gonna pay to have them replaced. Iโll be sure to buy name brand sensors when I replace the tires.
