Itchy kitty suit
My cat suffered from giardia when she was first adopted. It led her to be very itchy everywhere particularly her chest area where she licked herself raw. She has to wear a soft Elizabethan collar to prevent her from licking. I saw these recovery suits for cats and read that it can help prevent the licking and decided to give it a try. I measured her as best as I could given that she can be squirmy but I suppose I should have sized up. It seems a little fitter than expected however I wonder if the next size up will be too big and not prevent her from licking herself. She used to be so scrawny kitten but has blossomed into a voluptuous lady cat.

Fits great
This fits great, I got the medium, one of my cats was 6lbs and the other is 5.8, I did have a problem with them taking it off, but I forgot to tighten the neck string, make sure you tie it once you tighten it.

cat chewed through this in less than 4 hours
Put this on my 15yo cat to keep her from licking hot spot on her chest. Pros for this item are fit and ease of putting it on. however, within 4 hours my cat had licked/chewed her way through the thin material.

So so stretchy!!!
Okay the prints made these a must purchase for me. I’m a sucker for houndstooth. I was so excited to see my little girl in them!!! But they are bigger than I expected. I had been getting her mediums and they were a bit tight so I sized up to a large for these. Well the material is so soft and stretchy that these are too big on her. I’ll have to put them up till she grows a bit more. She’s only about 9 months so that shouldn’t take too long.

Hard to put on a Tazmanian Devil
I really really wanted this to work - but after two attempts, I give up. My cat, Suzy Gracie McBitey, is like the Tazmanian Devil, quite the wild child. It's been a traumatic 2 days since her spay appointment at the vet, between getting her in the carrier (I lost the first fight) and the plastic cone and trying to use this as a substitute, it's been rough. If your cat is more laid back or if you have an extra set of hands, this will work for you. I recommend first getting it over the head and *tightening the collar part*, and then getting the legs in the holes and velcro-ing the back. I would have been successful the first time if I had tightened the collar bit, I was about to velcro the back and she walked right out of it. Grrr...I'm giving it 4 stars as I can't actually verify it works well, seems like it would do what it's intended for.

TOO CUTE
And they did the job for my newly spayed kitten!! She didn’t like it as first but what could she do? She couldn’t get it off so she had to give in. But I had way less worries knowing she couldn’t get to her incision AND she didn’t have to wear the dreaded cone!! Soft material, not too thick so as to not over heat. The neck can also can be tightened. HIGHLY recommend this vs. the stupid cone.

Cute!
This is cutest recovery suit!It feels soft and stretchy.Easy to wear with Velcro and drawstring on neck. It’s easier if you have 2 people.I recommend to measure your cats and get a size up.I got Medium size, but unfortunately, it didn’t fit my cats.I thought my 4 months-old, 7 lb, 13” backline kitten (pictured wearing pink) would fit medium, but it was bit too tight.I also tried it on my 6 months-old, 10 lb, 15” backline kitten (pictured wearing blue). This material stretches really well and she was able to wear medium, but obviously it was too small for her that she just couldn’t move.Overall, I like this suit. The cute design makes you smile during stressful time after the surgery.

These are the cutest but didn't fit our cat.
We have a small kitten that is about five months old. She is not quite big enough for a medium and is too big for a small. These were way too small for her sadly. It was pulling under her shoulders. Moreover, I was afraid it was pulling on the incision wound for her spay surgery. I do love the strawberries and cherries. These are so cute. It was easy to velcro and slip over her head. She couldn't get it off once on but it was too tight. I do like that I can pop them in the wash. They do stay far enough away from the butt too for bathroom purposes during recovery.

Not suitable post surgery
I took the suit to the vets with my kitten when I went to pick her up I was told that these suits are not suitable post surgery
