I would of say yes. I used it on the neck wrinkles of my black Labrador and it worked well.

I don't know about people, I bought it for a horse

Hi! I bought this product for my horses that had fungus and had been scratching and nothing seemed to help them heal. The normal fungus meds would leave it too dry, and the scab would not heal. This would help the scratch heal faster. When I have used it was with fungus infections, but I believe it would work fine.
