Simple to use and easy to programme the memory, The adjustable ring can be heard anywhere in the house which is useful. The clip to convert it to a wall phone was easy to work.It does feel light and cheap but then at under £8, it was cheap so that's ok.In fact I would have given it more stars but despite it's description as being "mini compact" it is much larger than the phone it's replacing and in fact pretty much the size of any desk phone. This has meant that it doesn't fit into the space I'd planned to put it in and I've had to take down the clock and put this phone in its place, this makes it a little high up the wall for my comfort.The moral is measure before you buy
