Small but mighty
Bought this kettle in the week for weekend camping. Arrived quickly, capacity for about 3 mugs more than enough. Cooks water in 4-5 min on 6 amps supply. Very happy with the purchase.

Nice little compact kettle
Bought this little kettle to take on holiday and it was really good. It is quite small - boils enough water for 2-3 cups at a time, and it takes quite a long time to come to the boil but that's probably not unusual for a travel kettle. It's quiet which is nice. One niggle is that the cord does not pull out of the base, so you have to unplug it and take the whole thing to the sink to fill it up. Another is that is has an auto-stop feature so when it comes to the boil it switches off, but the actual switch stays in the "on" position, so when you then re-fill it and leave it plugged in, it will automatically start to boil again

Boils quickly and very light and compact
It's an innovative useful device and would fit into a large pocket- the size of a cd-rom. We used it to produce warm milk for our baby in the hotel room and sterilize dummies etc. Boiled water quickly and there were no safety issues even with soft plastic sides of the kettle. It will re-boil if the switch is not put into "off". However that is something that you just have to get used to and is not an big issue. Also as with any other kettle, do not fill it more than 75% as water will come out of the spout if you do when it boils. The element is in the floor of the kettle so should be easy to de-scale.If you want a useful travel kettle then I would go for this one. Hopefully in future it will be even smaller!

Polly put the kettle on
The kettle is absolutely fine and as described by the seller. However, I have found the it seems to automatically turn on if it is connected to the power when the left over water cools off in the kettle. I wonder if this could prove to be a fire hazard if left unattended by mistake I.e. the mains switch is not turned off at the mains.Anyone have an answer? Or similar experience?

Dangerous!
Kettle does not automatically switch off once boiled. So once it has cooled down it boils again and never switches off (luckily we were still in the campervan when this happened). It also has a metal ring around the middle, which obviously gets hot. As a result, I burned my fingers when I accidentally held the metal to try and switch the kettle off when it had started to reboil.
