These Carefree ultra thin overnight pads are amazing. Even though they’re labeled for overnight use, I use them during the day on my heavy flow days, and they hold up perfectly. They’re super thin and comfortable, but still offer great absorption and coverage. The wings keep everything in place, and I love that they don’t feel bulky or irritating. They give me reliable protection without that heavy pad feeling. Definitely a great choice for both day and night!

I have switched from many different pads over the years, but these by far are the best. They’re comfortable, light, and SUPER absorbent. If you have a really heavy period, I recommend these. You get peace of mind when you are using these.

THIS is nearly perfect as an overnight liner. I feel that a woman designed this, thank heavens! PROS: + The shape - it covers that area at the back that usually leaks, depending on your sleeping position. That wide at the back shape is genius. + The length - PERFECT! Because of the thinness, this doesn't show through most clothing while it covers EVERYTHING. + The thinness makes this a good pad for someone who wants a liner that is discreet but that works well. + The wrapper is great for disposing of a used liner because it actually stays closed once you wrap it. CONS: - The wings are not quite sticky enough. They tend to come loose when pulling the under up into place. There are no other negatives. I had to get used to wearing something with "wings" so that took a bit of learning! 🫤 I really should have known that the trick is to NOT unfasten the wings until the pad is in place... Now I know! I know no longer need to fashion 2 liners together to make them wide or long enough for certain days. I have subscribed.

They function very well for what they were designed for. But THE SCENT IS SO OVERWHELMING. Pretty much NAUSEATING. The scent is so unnecessarily strong it's unpleasant. I almost wanted to apologize to people because I KNEW they could smell it too. It scent doesn't stink but it DOES scream 🗣🗣🗣"HEY EVERYONE!! I'M ON MY MENSTRUAL CYCLE!!!"🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏽‍♀️🙋🏾‍♀️🙋🏿‍♀️ Carefree, PLEEEASE lighten up on the fragrance. 😷🤧🤢😖

Nice, thin, big pads.

I have tried numerous brands of pads, but these are the only ones that truly work for me. They don't dry me out or cause any irritation, which has been a major issue with other products I've used in the past. The thickness is just right—not too thick, so they remain comfortable throughout the day. I've found the perfect balance with these pads, and I can confidently say that I won’t use anything else moving forward. They provide the protection I need while ensuring comfort, which is exactly what I was looking for.

Since my other went away I found this one & keep reordering it 2 at a time. I like the price & it's definitely worth the value. I like that I can order online & have it delivered & no one has to know what I'm buying.

Please don’t like them. They are the only moisture control Maxi Thin, Extra Long, Overnight, Pads that do way more absorbing than just for your cycle…….. Thanks from a challenged bladder gram! If you don’t like them, then I know there will always be in stock when I need to order!

I’ve been using Carefree sanitary napkins for a while, and they’re perfect for daily use or those light days at the start or end of a cycle. They’re thin yet absorbent, so you hardly notice you’re wearing one, and they stay in place really well without bunching. The soft material is gentle on the skin and doesn’t cause irritation, even after wearing for hours. They also do a great job at controlling odor, which makes me feel fresh and confident throughout the day. I keep a few in my bag just in case, and the individual wrapping is super handy for on-the-go. Overall, a reliable and comfortable choice for everyday protection.

Keeps me rash-free unlike some other brands. Gentle on the skin, good for most intense activities, great to sleep in. Great for medium to heavy flow days.

I was the definition of loyal customer of another Brand until I tried these - these broke my 15+ year streak!! I was provided a sample through a website and with first use, I was immediately hooked. They’re so lightweight it feels like nothing, super soft, and I absolutely love how they had the sticky tabs for the back half too; which was a major pet peeve of mine from others. They absorb well and can handle my heaviest with ease. I will now be a loyal customer to these! 🥰
