Great for flavoring roast potatoes
We use it with black pepper and paprika to sprinkle on chips of potato that have been brushed with olive oil. These are then roasted in the oven for an hour and a half. Very tasty and popular accompaniment to meat.

Great Seasoning
I have used this seasoning for a long time, until recently I cannot find it in the stores so I'm having to order it from Amazon. I used it on all my meats, has a little bite but nothing overbearing. They also make a Montreal Seasoning that is not spicy.
