I’ve brought these salnotes zero on may 8thAfter just 18dqys of light use audio quality degraded and random clicking noise startedI’ve tried these with multiple iPhones and androids phones even gone through the lengths of getting new cable from concept kart but the issue still persistsSome one from concept kart team please fix this return policy and get me a replacement or refund

The buds/the earphones itself are great for the price... A bought this on January 24 and it hasn't been even a month but I love it. One thing that bugs me is how bad the cables are, just 2-3 weeks of use and the type-c cable is dying. It doesn't work sometimes on my phone and I have to plug it out and back in. The cable holds it back else it's a 5 star

The sound quality at such a price range is such a steal

I used it for two years now. Great sounds with each instrument being heard clearly in a unique direction, I was almost confused when I started using it because it felt like the sound is coming from outside the earphones (when it was a sound from far in game), it is that good.Unfortunately due to either getting crushed in my bag or when I connected it to the airplane, the left side got shorted. But headphone zone customer support is good. Would recommend using a case for it
