5 starts! I have a 3 year old who gets very constipated from dairy. He withholds as well. The doctor suggested miralax but he didn't respond. The magnesium had really helped! We do a 1/2 scoop with water and refill the few good 2 grow bottles he has. He lovew the fruit punch flavor. Mixed with a few tablespoons of apple juice he guzzles it. It's so hard to get a toddler to drink magnesium but with nutricosts flavored powder he has no problem!
