The media could not be loaded. It took me two days to put together because I did it alone . I asked my neighbor for help to put the sides on because there was no way I could do that part alone.As soon as you open the box it has a strong smell, could be the paint but it goes away after awhile . I took it apart in the house and put the frames together then the next day I brought it outside to put together.My cat loves it, I had it close to the grass for him then decided to move it by the door so I can leave the back door open and he can come in and out as he likes I have a mosquito net as my screen door so it’s easy for himI put three videos together as one because I’m only allowed one video.I give this 5 starsAlso make sure you keep track of what screws go where because towards the end I was short the B2 screws and had more B3 when I was putting on the last three screens which is the roof but I think it was because doing it alone I was overwhelmed and had the screws everywhere .Update : I took the box covers off because he didn’t go inside it plus the bench alone is better it has more more room for him to lay on it .Hope this helps#value for the money #sturdiness #cat loves it

A lot if the pieces were not marked, that made the assembly a bit difficult.

As the instructions state, this is a 2 person job. I assembled it by myself, but I highly recommend that you get someone to help you for multiple reasons.1st- reading the directions and finding which pieces go together is a LOT easier with help. I recommend reading through the instructions as you stage each section. Then go back to the beginning and assemble them. That way you don’t get confused.2nd- screwing the pieces together requires someone to hold them for you so they stay aligned.3rd- some pieces are not labeled. You need to look closely to find the markings for those that are.That being said, it took a couple of days for my cat to understand how to get in and out of the catio. She seems to like it. I’m thinking about getting another one so she has more space.

I'm writing this review mid-construction because I'm so frustrated with it. I'll maybe amend once it's put fully together.The pieces aren't all labeled. I saw maybe 3 pieces with a letter written on. I thought that's fine so long as the packing list has dimensions. But no. No dimensions, and the illustrations of the pieces aren't always complete so I can barely go by look. At least the screws are properly labeled.I was just building the second wall and didn't catch that they had mis-labeled 2 of the 3 pieces that had been labeled until I'd screwed them in. That's when I gave up and took a break.The wood feels really flimsy, the walls still wobble like hell even fully screwed together, I'm honestly worried my fat-ass cats are going to break it all. I hope to God once it's all assembled it'll be more stable. But I have to say I'm really upset this cost as much as it did.Anyway, I'll edit this if I change my mind after fully completing it.

Well designed and well crafted. My girls love it. I feel they are safe. Quality material and workmanship…EXCELLENT instructions! EXCELLENT!
