Are you like me and struggle to get a good night sleep, do you Toss and turn trying to get comfortable and the body and brain refuses to cooperate.I’ve always been one to disregard my sleeping habits, and suffer the consequences though out the day , with tiredness and fatigue. With so many supplements on the market for a sleep aid I kind stayed clear of them , worried of a habit forming.I was excited to try this Natural Dream Sleep . My experience was positive, I took the recommended dose about 30 before bed , and you can feel the body relaxing and becoming more suitable for sleep. I did notice I wasn’t waking up as much as I usually do. And felt like I got quality sleep. The supplements didn’t make me feel groggy the next morning. My days go a little smoother since I’ve been trying these out .

This product really works, one pill does work. Pills has no flavor, only is not easy to swallow.

I have been looking for a natural alternative to some of the more common sleep medications because of the next-day grogginess and potential negative long-term risks, so I figured I’d give these a try.The capsules contain Maizinol, Valerian root, GABA, chamomile flower, niacin, and magnesium and are melatonin-free, which makes these a potentially good option for those trying to avoid melatonin. They have a little bit of an odd smell, but you can’t taste anything when taking them.These tablets are different in the sense that they aren’t designed to make you drowsy. They instead help to extend the sleep phase once you fall asleep. As a result, I still struggle to fall asleep when taking them, but once asleep, my sleep is largely uninterrupted, which is definitely a plus. I also don’t experience any grogginess the next day, which is a bonus.Overall, I’m quite happy with the results and plan to use up the entire month’s worth of capsules. Will update the review once I’ve finished the bottle.

If you're struggling to sleep due to hormonal imbalances, I wouldn't recommend purchasing this product. Personally, I experienced drowsiness the next day, and it took several hours for me to feel normal again. Additionally, it's worth noting that they don't offer refunds. My advice would be to stay away from this supplement.

In general, I don't have trouble falling asleep most nights. But there is a lot going on in my life and sometimes I find myself getting ready for bed with a bit too much racing through my brain. I need a bit of help setting aside the stress of the day and gliding off to a restful sleep.I am familiar with many of the ingredients in this supplement, though I have to say that Maizinol is something I wasn't real familiar with. Of course I'm familiar with Melatonin, which is widely used. I personally have not had issues with Melatonin, but I knew people who prefer to avoid it. So I was interested to see how well Maizinol worked in place of Melatonin. All I can do is provide my personal experience. I had no issues with this supplement and it worked well for me.I did notice a bit of an odor with these capsules, but that was not surprising as anything containing Valerian Root tends to have a strong smell. I didn't really taste anything odd with this supplement. This is something that has occurred with other Valerian Root products. I have gotten used to the taste and the smell, but for individuals first encountering it, this can be a bit off putting.Overall I personally found this to be effective.

Natural Sleep Aid by Univera, made in USA. These do have a strong smell on opening which I always think is the mark of a natural product but they do not taste. A melatonin and L-theanine free blend., a 30 day supply. The ingredient Mazinol is new to me, derived from Maize. I cannot take Gluten and I could not find a gluten free promise with this. But it does not appear to have any gluten containing ingredients - I was unsure of the Mazinol - I took a chance and I am fine. I have taken this for a couple of weeks and can say it is a gentle sleep aid. It did not knock me out and did not leave me groggy. I still wake during the night but it was easy to drift back to sleep. I wear a sleep monitor and my deep sleep has increased. Disappointed this isn't offered at a reduced subscription price. Update: This really helped for a couple of weeks and I put more in my cart but then just stopped. I have examined everything else I am doing and nothing else has changed so I don't know. Sleep is complex. You are lucky if you find something that works consistently for you.
