Genuine product. Much cheaper than buying it from local Kirby dealer. Smells lovely and gives great results on general maintenance cleans. Refreshes carpet pile and brightens colours when used in conjunction with Kirby machine. Dries quickly too as it doesn't soak the carpet. This 32oz bottle dilutes down to make 5 full solution tanks worth.... more than enough to do 5 average sized rooms.

Very good carpet shampoo.
I have always used Kirby shampoo in my Kirby cleaner from the Kirby dealer and it's very expensive, bought this from Amazon not expecting too much, but I'm very pleased with the result and the price is very good, will certainly buy again.
