The bottle is hard to get into. But, the eye drops are very good. They don’t burn like some of the others. Once in the morning takes care of me for the day.

I recently started using these preservative-free artificial tears, and they have been very helpful for relieving dry and tired eyes. As advertised. Helps with dry, irritated eyes from aging or medication. Not thick like some Rx drops PF (preservative free) as recommended by my ophthalmologist. Do not touch tip to eye to avoid cross contamination.

This stuff seems to have a smell like fish to it . Im not trying to be funny.

It took me. 15 minutes to open. Product is very good , would not purchase again. I’m going to back to regular refresh. Not worth the hassle.

I will not be buying this again especially from Amazon. The dispenser is problematic. You have to be able to tip your head way back and aim this directly over the center of your eye at the same time. It's like trying to hit the bullseye of a target unlike the previous bottles which allowed you to pull out your bottom eyelid and put a drop in. You can try that but odds are you will miss. And by the way, that’s the way my optometrist showed me to use eyedrops safely. And to make matters worse, squeezing the bottle is ridiculously difficult in order to get one drop to come out directly into the middle of the eye. It takes several attempts to get anything out. It seems the only way to get it to work is to continue to squeeze the bottle and wait for the drop. Good luck with that. No matter how good the solution is, it's no good if you can't get into your eye. They certainly didn't design this for handicapped people or seniors. Also it made my eyes feel dryer with a slight burning sensation which is most likely due to the fact it was probably spoiled. I rinsed my eyes out with an optical solution.

They work great , but they are so hard to put in. The PF cap makes it very difficult to squeeze just one drop out. So I end up droping like 4 drops on my face.

I love that it is preservative free, which is what my optometrist wants me to use, I have very dry eyes. But I agree with other customers, the bottle is difficult to use. The drops are hard to get out. I like the bottle of the regular refresh but can’t use it. I’ll continue to buy but home they come up with a different bottle.
