I am obsessed with the MEGELIN 7 Colors LED Light Therapy Facial Mask! I’ve been using it consistently for a few weeks and my skin has honestly never looked better. I am absolutely thrilled with my MEGELIN 7 Colors Led Light Therapy Facial Mask! I purchased it in January 2026 and immediately fell in love with using it as part of my daily routine. It is comfortable to wear, and the results have been incredible. I have clearly seen my fine lines and wrinkles decrease in size since I started using it consistently. However, in April, I ran into a bit of a snag when a few of the mask's colors completely stopped working and some of the other colors became very dim. I was worried, but I reached out to the manufacturer's customer service and was connected with George. I sent him a short video displaying the technical issues my mask was having. George was incredibly helpful and quickly resolved the issue by sending me a brand-new MEGELIN 7 Color Mask replacement right away! I cannot recommend this product and this company enough. Not only does the light therapy actively transform your skin, but the company truly stands by its products with phenomenal, hassle-free customer support.

I almost didn’t buy this! Spending close to $200 on a skincare device felt crazy to me… especially when NOTHING has ever worked for my skin. I never leave the house without makeup because I’m so self-conscious about how red my face gets. But I took the chance anyway… and I’m honestly emotional writing this. Not irritated, not dry, not inflamed, just clear, calm skin. I’ve caught myself looking in the mirror without makeup and not immediately picking myself apart, which is something I never thought I’d say! And it’s not just about how my skin looks. I have been using this for about 2 weeks so far with great results. I’ve noticed improved skin elasticity and my skin feels brighter overall. I like that you can charge the remote separately which powers the mask so that you can still be mobile with the mask. Good product and good value!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one deserves it! I use the mask pretty consistently (everyday) and have actually noticed a huge difference in my skin. After a few months, a couple LEDs stopped working, which was a bummer, but I reached out and customer service handled it right away and sent a replacement with zero hassle. I work in customer service myself, so I really notice stuff like that, and they’re doing it right. Super happy with both the product and the support!

* Mask is light-weight and comfortable. I like the flexibility. Velcro head attachment straps make mask easy to put on and take off. * I recommend using the optional eye hole collars - block some light from your eyes - remove and wash after use. * Very sturdy, white storage box to protect product when not in use. Easy to pull out to use, and to put away to keep your space neat. * Easy to charge and use. Directions are simple. Control is simple. NO CORDS WHILE USING! * I’m disappointed that there are no LEDs over the upper lip. How will I treat fine lines there if there are no LEDs? * I’m disappointed that the lights do not cycle through settings. - Read what the settings are meant to do, pick your setting, and that’s your treatment. - Want to use another setting? You need to do another session. * Because I’m older - not a teenager - my favorites are M1 anti-aging & collagen, M3 smooth wrinkles and fine lines, and M7 brighten skin tone. * Mask gets comfortably warm. Not hot. * I haven’t used this long enough to notice a difference on my complexion. Originally purchased more to put healing red lights on my knees and reduce pain and inflammation. However, the wavelengths on this mask are more specific to facial skin health and beauty.

I wore the first one out because I use it religiously. I shopped around before purchased a new one but quickly came back to this product. It has all the features I desired - especially the neck attachment. It is easy to setup and charge and the controls are very intuitive.

Fits comfortably and easily adjustable. Love the different settings and how easily it is to use when multitasking. Had some problems with charging the device, not sure if it was me or the product. (tried multiple comparable cables could not get a signal said device was charging and ultimately died without turning back on after being plugged in for the better half of a day.) With that being said, the customer service team was prompt to reply to my issues and reach out with a solution in a friendly and professional manner. I ultimately had already looked for and found a difference device to try but if I needed to stay within this budget I would have happily accepted this solution and would have kept this device. I appreciate the efforts of the customer service team and think this device is worth the try! Without this problem I would have kept the device, and enjoyed it.
