This bike and company is a pure nightmare!!!!! I purchased this as a gift for my nephew for his birthday I placed the order on August 9th it arrived August 12th my brother paid for a professional that works on electric bikes to put it together it wouldn’t work it kept displaying error code I started a return got a shipping label my brother tried to return it they said it will cost him over $300 now not only are we out $500 for a bike that doesn’t work, over $300 to have a professional put it together now we must pay too! Tried calling it’s in a language I can’t understand no one ever answers ever had to escalate to Amazon still trying to be able to get a refund while ruining a birthday for my favorite nephew 🥵 just an awful experience on a 1 to 10 000000000 zeros

Muy bueno el sistema eléctrico buen power hasta ahora haré otro review cuando la batería muera, espero qué sea en al menos 3 años. La parte de la bicicleta como los pedales no sirven tuve qué poner los de otra bici, el tenedor voy a tener qué reemplazarlo también suena más que el resto de la bici (chiki,chiki ,chiki). El tubo del asiento no queda firme ni aún cambiando el cierre y cerrando a todo ajuste. Creo que aunque es una de las más baratas podrían mejorar estos problemas y darle más calidad a las bicicletas

I bought this to use as exercise after a knee replacement. My first real ride and I didnt even get out of the neighborhood. Battery died and the arm the pedal bolts to was loose. So trying to pedal home was a chore. Then trying to contact the company is a complete joke. Boy do I feel like I got taken! Stay away from this junk!

Ran good the first day, then the petal started coming loose, no amount of tightening helped, then day 3 the front wheel started to shimmy, had came loose, then the seat couldnt be tightened. The only good thing is, while it says only 21mph, the wind was so strong on my face id say it goes almost 30 on straightaways, felt like my skin was getting pulled back. Had to keep the tires pumped to the limit otherwise the tubes would pop out. Maybe a bike mechanic could deal with these constant issues, use it as a fixer upper. Not me.

Fork on bike was bent, brakes rubbing, brake rotor warped.

Fairly easy to put together, I had help from a preacher who was real familiar with 4-wheelers so He saw a problem right off the bat. The folding part of the bike was bent. He used a pair of pliers and was able to bend it back. He then assembled the bike and I tested it. Great

I saw several people giving it bad reviews. However, my experience was different. I was able to set up the bike easily. We rode it and I had not complaints.

Every time I charge the battery it will only work for 3 minutes and the battery dies. This was the worst! No bike shop would fix it stating it’s a piece of crap! Sitting in my garage not able to use.
