Beware adhesive tape not thermal tape!
Few days ago I was assembling my last pi with this case and right before applying heat sinks I noticed on bigger heat sink that, there was a tape part number, so I checked it out, apparently it's 9448A, which is simple adhesive tape, you can google it. The right tape would be 8805, 8015 or any other thermal tape, I was shocked, because I used quite a lot of their cases, so I thought well ok, I'll contact seller for refund or heat sinks resupply, Response that I got was awful, they said, well you bought our cases 3 times, that means you like it, so we won't do anything about it... One more shocker for me, because now I have to disassemble double digit of these cases to change tape they put on it. Won't buy from this buyer ever again. And besides you can get same case for dirt cheap from china, so please don't buy this case, or if you buying, don't overpay for it. Good luck folks.

Good case, but could use better ventilation
I bought this case for my Pi 3. The heat sinks went on easily. Ended up not needing one of the smaller-sized heat sinks, so I have an extra. The board was a bit tricky to get into the case and required some trial and error. You'll know you're doing it right when the HDMI and audio jacks are lined up perfectly. If they're offset, start over or try something else. Note that once you put the Pi 3 into the case, getting the micro SD card out pretty much requires pliers.I was concerned by how warm the CPU heatsink was getting, even with the cover off and the Pi 3 sitting idle (I suppose that means the heat sink is working, so that's a plus). Anyways, I decided to drill some ventilation holes into the top of the case to add to the vent holes that they provided in one end of the case. I drilled 24 holes with a 7/32" drill bit, but 2 ended up being blocked because of the USB ports. If I did my math right, it should still be equivalent to drilling a 1" hole in the top, and if you want more, just drill larger holes. Be careful not to drill the posts, though! I've put a PDF of the drill pattern here: sta.sh/01fspl7renio Hope it helps someone!

Great price, weird assembly.
It works great, if you insert the board properly and snap it into place. I'll try to be more helpful than most of the other reviews that I was looking through to figure out how to assemble it properly.Basically you try to align the holes on the board with the holes in the bottom panel of the case, insert the side with power, HDMI, and audio at the weird angle they will fit in (at least the tops), and snap it down. Don't worry, it doesn't break anything. They just made this case extremely weird. If you are using the Pi 3, there will be a small annoyance. This is that if you keep the vent-like panel on (The one where the Micro SD is inserted), you will have to use pliers or something of the sort to get your Micro SD out without taking the case apart completely.I like the case, but think that it could have been made out of a slightly less cheap-feeling material. However, considering its low price and (at the time of this review) availability, this case can almost not be beat.

Great case for the Raspberry Pi 3
Works great with the Raspberry Pi 3 Model B board. Included 3 heatsinks, though only two were needed on the Pi 3. The case feels very well built and all of the ports aligned perfectly. Even includes a mini screw-driver for assembling the case.Several things to note:Case is held together by 4 screws. This gives the case a very secure feel, but the screws will have to be removed to get into the case. May not be a good case choice if you are someone who wants access to the board often. The MicroSD card cannot be easily removed from the Raspberry Pi 3 in this case. You either have to take the case apart or use tweezers to get the card out. I did not deduct a star for this, as I have no plans to switch out cards ever. Even if I need to, it is not difficult enough to justify removing a star considering how good the case looks and functions otherwise. The heat sinks have adhesive pads for easy assembly onto Raspberry Pi 3.The back of the case has vent holes along the entire back which will allow for some dissipation of the heat.None of the internal connections are available from outside of the case (no access to 40-pin extended GPIO, camera port, etc. I purchased the case with this knowledge and have no need to access these ports. If you need access to the internal connectors, this is not the case for you.Overall, this is a fantastic case. Highly recommended as long as you don't mind a couple of the caveats.

a simple design change would make this case perfect...
this case would be absolutely PERFECT except for the (oft lamented) fact that the SD Card is essentially inaccessible without unscrewing all 4 screws and taking the case apart. not a big deal for me as i have the tools to remedy that oversight but a simple design change would seriously benefit this case. the included screw driver and heatsinks are always a nice touch. i go back and forth in my head about whether i think a screwed or screwless design is best for these things... down to personal preference i suppose but screwed designs aren't great for tinkerers like me :)still, very nice case and a few snips and cuts makes it almost perfect.

Excellent for Pi 2, Good for Pi 3
This is an excellent little case for the Pi but is better suited for the Raspberry Pi 2 than it is the 3. The reason for that is the MicroSD slot. If you have a Pi 3b with no intention of removing the card you're golden. Removing the card from a 3b with this case is nearly impossible without unscrewing the case to get at the card. This isn't an issue with the Pi 2 as it has the push to eject feature for the MicroSD card. With this case, the MicroSD card sits flush against the case with no space to get around the card to pull it out.Excellent 5 star case for Raspberry Pi 2 with push to eject MicroSDReally good 4 star case for Raspberry Pi 3 with pull to eject MicroSD because you have to disassemble/Reassemble
