Polite response on contacting on WhatsApp, they will tell the correct model if you send the picture.
Working perfectly, just need to set the switch to the correct position. Also need to reset the ac manually to start remote function on first time.Exactly the original product

The remote didn't work initially and I sent a whatsup msg to the number mentioned. Even though it was late, I got a call from a lady within 10 minutes who told me how to change it from window to split AC. Works perfectly well now.

Product found OK but not compatible to the Hitachi Inverter split AC, as the AC didn't respond to remote controller signal.

Amazing product
The remote works so good with my Hitachi AC. My original remote was out of order hence I tried other remotes from market but didn't work. I just searched in amazon and I found it. At first I didn't trust but the way the seller supported was outstanding.Thanks to the seller (S S DISTRIBUTOR).
