I just received my Zori blend and it is my new favorite go to coffee. I purchased through Amazon but I sent an email right after and asked if they could grind my bag before it was ready for shipment. The owner Maksym responded to my email within 5 minutes and said they will absolutely grind the coffee to my preferred brewing method which is pour over. I noticed they have more options on their website so next time I will probably purchase direct on the website.
