It just stopped working
My son rode this thing maybe 4 or 5 times. His dad bought it and it sat in the garage for a very long time. Recently he went to use it and it wouldn’t turn on. We tried to charge it and nothing. I figured it was the charger so we purchased a new charger and same result. It won’t turn on. It still looks brand new but totally dead.

Highly Recommend to Buy! Worth Spending $277.00!
I really love it. It goes fast and I may have made a mistake by only charging it for 5 hours before using it and same thing this morning. I’m charging it right now, and I’m not going to ride it till morning.I forgot to charge it last night after riding it. What is the reset button for? Can I press the reset button and will it go back to before I started riding it? If so I can press the reset button and charge it for 24HRS and then in the morning I’ll be able to go uphill perfectly as in fast. Was I supposed to charge it for 24HRS before riding or just until the light turns green? And do I plug it In every time I Lj done riding? Does Starbucks allow these Scooters inside as long as it’s out of the way? I don’t want my scooter to be dead or almost dead when I go home from Starbucks and Ralph’s. The Starbucks and Ralph’s is 2 miles from my house. I really love my Electric Razor Scooter a lot!

Quite impressed
Purchased this scooter for myself to ride along with my 3 children while having my youngest daughter, (six years old) sit in front of me on this seated model. My 12 year old son received the 300 watt non seated model for Christmas, and I am somewhat surprised at the quality. I would say that it is quite well made. I was a little skeptical of these items, being they were made in China, but I am quite happy with them so far. No mechanical issues so far. Scoots along well. Both of these are nearly identical on power. Only downside seems to be that the battery life seems to be about 40 - 45 minutes of actual on throttle time, which is somewhat limiting, but other than that, it seems to be quite sturdy and runs well. It will slow down considerably on a steep hill, but that's understandable for only being 300 watts. I have been careful with the battery charging, trying not to let it charge for more than 24 hours at a time and so far have seen no decrease in battery life on either model.I will add that we also got 2 of the 100 watt razors for our 9 year old twin girls. They are a little slower of course, but they really seem to last long with their battery life. They can be run well over an hour per charge, which is great. I will recommend all of the models that we have. Quite impressed.

checked to make sure the charge was full and as far as I could tell it was fine. I turned the scooter over and hit the ...
This was the biggest headache ever, I ordered this scooter, and when I received it, I put it together and noticed the back tire was flat. I went to the gas station and filled up the tire to spec. Got the scooter home, charged it to the required amount of time per instructions. came home the next day to try out the scooter for my son. It said weight limit is 220 lbs. I weigh 200 and the scooter would not budge, checked to make sure the charge was full and as far as I could tell it was fine. I turned the scooter over and hit the throttle and the tire seemed to spin fast. So I lifted it up, went out side and tried again and the scooter would not move with my weight. I tried to return per policy and they denied my return and told me to contact the manufacturer, I have been trying to return this for over a month, I would even except an exchange but I can not get any resolved. Good luck if you get a faulty scooter from them because getting a return or exchange is impossible, I am wondering if I threw 259.00 down the drain.... Very disappointed. I wish Amazon would have helped me more..

Plenty of power
We already owned one Razor Scooter but it's over 10 years old. This one had some differences but overall its good. It's brakes are on rear which is good . It's throttle is only go or not go. The old scooter was variable. This will free wheel which on downhills can wear on brakes for slowing down. The wheels are smaller than the old one but all in all it seems good for the price. We use these mostly on camping trips so it has not been thoroughly tested yet.

A little disappointed
Assembly was easy as it only requires the seat and handlebar post to be installed. I bought this for my girlfriend so she could go along with me when I ride my electric scooter (Glion Dolly). She wanted one with a seat so I bought this one. She’s only 100 lbs. and the battery didn’t last even 8 miles (fully charged). My 3 year old scooter did that easily and had a lot more left to go. This scooter wasn’t that cheap, but I would definitely spend a bit more for something better.

Great scooter. Way better once customized and modded
I bought this for my transportation. I hated the stock parts in there such as the weak 250w motor, the controller with no variable speed, and the old school lead acid batteries. Did went up to 16mph which was nice. I did rip all the guts out and replaced with a 36v lithium ebike battery, an 800watt variable speed controller, an ampflow 350 brushed motor, and added a horn, bluetooth audio, an off road headlight, side marker lights and tail light. Now scooter goes up to 28mph! Battery lasts about an hour now. Now I need to replace the stock tires as they will not do well on gravel or snow. Great scooters for modding and will be buying another one of these to mod that one too. Thanks!
