I recently been really paying attention to supplements that have a lot of research and do really good things for your body and found out the pomegranate is one of those ingredients that is extremely potent for helping to keep you healthy and balanced. It was nice to see a hormonal supplement that actually includes this as one of its main ingredients because I take a pomegranate supplement separately anyway. That said, these are extremely expensive and it's not even a 30-day Supply. I feel like I would be better off taking inositol supplements, vitamin D and pomegranate supplements on their own (I already do). It will have the same affect and it's much more wallet friendly. I'm not sure I can quantify what these did for my body as I didn't notice any significant changes.

Honestly I don’t know how well these work as I got them for my mom. She’s said that they are making her feel better.

I really wanted this to work well for my peri-menopause symptoms, but I didn't notice any difference.

This product helped with my fatigue so much it gets me in a very good mood all day im able to do my daily activities without feeling exhausted and sluggish I highly recommend this product
