After retiring from being a professional ballerina, I wanted a way to maintain my long lean body, but I also wanted to help others like you achieve a ballet body without spending years in ballet training. Therefore, I created my first video, Tendu Toning Where Ballet Meets Fitness, using my innovative ballet technique which pairs simple ballet steps with weights, resistance, and increased repetitions to maximize results in a short amount of time.
