Hosa YXF-119 XLR3M to Dual XLR3F Y Cable, 6 Inch

I bought this to replace another adapter I ordered that just seemed kind of cheap, and not very durable. This adaptor is made much sturdier.

Exactly what I wanted love it

When I got the splitter I could hardly wait to use it at church. I plugged it in at church and one side worked fine. I plugged the microphone into the other side of the "Y" and nothing happened. So I unplugged it and continued without amplification. I was disappointed. I exposed the wiring connections and the soldiering looked wonderful. So I looked up the manufacturer on the (Hosa) internet and contacted them. we traded addresses and they gave me a number to put on the outside of the box to let the receiver know the return was expected. I got a package from them about three weeks later. That one worked. So I have used it once....... More LATER

In use for almost a year and still working flawlessly. The sound guy keeps giving me grief, but I use the Y cable out of a two channel direct box and plug into one XLR socket because in our venue, sockets are at a premium. Using a two-channel direct box so I can feed stereo out from my keyboard, to the DB. I route two additional cables via "thu" outputs in the direct box to a mixer and also employ a mic that I monitor other musicians with. In this way through earbuds, I hear stereo from the keyboard and what's happening on stage. I've been doing it this way for years and honestly, I think it improves the overall performing experience. One needs all the inspiration one can get!

It worked. Both microphones work with a small amount of volume loss. No feed back.It lost a star because if I turn off the banjo mike the vocal mike shuts off too. It switched plugs on the mikes but it didn’t change anything. I have to leave the banjo mike on to use the vocal mike.Oh well, the show must go on.Ps. The music store in town wanted $32 for the same plug, so you can’t beat the price

Worked great, used for Smule karaoke, plugged into an iRig pro then into an iphone. The sound quality seemed about the same between both sides of the splitter (full disclosure I don’t have equal quality mic cables so not a full comparison, but if I switched which mic cord was plugged into which side of the splitter it seemed the same switch of quality). Much cheaper option than getting a mixer, which was originally what I thought I’d need. Great buy!

The connectors on this adapter cable are lightweight. I cannot comment on the durability at this point, but the whole thing appears to be cheap and it is doubtful it will stand up to repeated usage.

Some splitters don't connect audio, these guys are good sound quality and an even better value for the price.

Worked perfectly and arrived just in time for an event which wouldn't have been possible without this part!

No tuve ningún problema con el artículo. Todos los cables de Hosa que he tenido funcionan sin problema son de buena calidad sin llegar a ser premium. Yo lo utilice para convertir una salida stereo (L+R) en una mono.
