Excellent product! The 9” screen is clear, bright, and the perfect size for my dashboard. Wireless Apple CarPlay connects quickly every time, and Android Auto works smoothly as well. The 4K dash cam quality is impressive, and the backup camera is very helpful when parking. Installation was simple, and everything worked right away without any issues.

I bought this screen and I have to say I’m really impressed with this touch screen. The display looks sharp and responsive, and the wireless Apple CarPlay worked almost instantly with my phone. I also like that it supports Android Auto, Bluetooth, FM transmission, mirror link, and even includes a backup camera and dash cam features. Installation was easier than I expected, and the suction mount feels solid on the dashboard. The sound quality and GPS navigation work great, and overall it makes my older car feel much more modern. Definitely a great value for the price.

First and foremost - it works. Before tearing my dashboard and center console apart or cutting any wiring, I set it up on the passenger seat, plugged it in, and tried it out. If it sounded crappy or was difficult to use, I had nothing to lose except the time it would take to pack it back up and return it, but it worked flawlessly and sounds great. There is a short period of trying this and that, but it set up easily and it sounds excellent. Bluetooth to my iPhone was easy and stable. I own an older BMW…too early for backup cameras and high tech app usage. It’s sort of a unique vehicle so I will be keeping it for the foreseeable future. However, I wanted some better level of infotainment system. My car came with a Harman Kardon sound system and I connected this player via the AUX port so the sound transfer was perfect (better than using a random FM channel or Bluetooth). The sound is excellent and it is easy to use. So once I knew it worked, I started planning how to mount it. The suction cup/arm combination is sturdy and will stick to almost anything, but each vehicle is different and you’ll really need to play with it to decide where it fits best in your car. In my car, dashboard mounting wasn’t practical. I sit low, so if I mounted it on my dashboard, it would block my view somewhat. After trying a lot of dry-fit locations, I found a spot at the very front of my center console, forward of the shift lever that worked very well for me. While parked, I can’t easily access the touch screen, but once you put the car in D, the screen access is perfectly fine. If you have a standard shift, this might not work. For me…it was perfect. With this mount, I admittedly can’t use the embedded front facing camera, but I’ll accept that sacrifice. I found a flat panel space on the bottom section of the dash where it meets the center console, and the sticky pads that come with this unit worked perfectly. To stop the bottom from sliding around or wobbling, I used a short strip of 3M VHB double sided tape on the bottom of the unit and it’s as solid as a rock. The rear view camera was also a challenge. Again….all cars are different, but it took me 3 hours to properly fish the wire through the trunk floor, into the back seat, under the rear center console, under the front console, and to the place where the unit sits. I also had to do some finagling to get access to the backup light wiring so I could tap into it for power to the camera. If you’re not comfortable doing this type of work, try to hire someone who is experienced with car stereos and go that route. On that note…I did not use the provided rear view camera. I bought one that was specific to my model car, which is integrated into the trunk handle. It looks factory and works perfectly (found it here on Amazon). This installation of a nice CarPlay unit was a purchase that totaled about $160 all in ($119 for this unit, $35 for the backup camera). A shop in my area wanted nearly $1000 to install a similar product. I’m about $840 on the up side, so it was a win. It required about 6 hours all in to install, but I saved myself some money and have an infotainment system that brings my car into the present.

I love this thing, it’s sooo much easier than trying to get a whole new system professionally installed in an older Accord that doesnt already have carplay. setup took literally a couple minutes and it worked right away. The mic is super clear, carplay connects fast, and the screen looks really nice. I use Waze all the time now and the backup camera and dash cam features are a huge bonus. honestly makes my older car feel way newer without spending a ton of money.

I have been looking for a good carplay system for a while. I am truly impressed with this Madoec carplay system. It is very easy to install and set up, and connected seamlessly without any lag or issues. Its performance has been smooth so far (no glitches or lagging). Also, bluetooth audio works great. I was surprised to find out about the built-in dashcam. It is a nice bonus. The video quality is clear for everyday driving and capturing details like traffic and surroundings. Overall, it is a good quality carplay system, and I am happy with my purchase!

I struggled to give this unit 3 stars. Oh sure, great resolution, high res dash cam, quick easy hookup, no errors and easy to configure but… I live where there is sunshine and the glare is horrendous. Even the cheap unit I replaced with this one had a nice anti glare screen. Straight on may be ok but we share the screen when we travel. Big let down. Looks fine at night though. The mount could be better. The dash mount kept the dash cam steady but had very little functionality. Hard to rotate and not a lot of angle adjustment. The arm mount has plenty of adjustment and thus dash cam jiggle. Sticks real good though. I gave an extra star for all the goodies included. A nice cleaning cloth, extra stick pads, and a handy tool to pry the dash mounts off, and you’ll need it. Now of I could only find a high res anti glare screen for it… EDIT - finally got it mounted where glare is minimal. However, with the widget availability is iOS 26 you can only have one widget per screen. Apple says a unit firmware update might be needed. Tried to contact madoec support but the links don’t work on their website. I have no idea how to update. Didn’t change stars but wanted you to know.

The screen is clear and responsive, and overall it feels very convenient and user friendly. I’ve been using the Madoec S9 Pro for a few weeks now and it’s been an absolute delight! Installation was easy, setup was seamless and the device is quite user friendly. It comes up almost immediately the car is started. Screen quality is great with impressive sound and display qualities. Great voice command functionality as well. Bluetooth connectivity is also excellent. The bonus of a dash-cam is amazing, though I have opted not to use the reverse camera as my 2015 car comes with one. Absolutely recommend this device for anyone looking to upgrade car infotainment.
